  My parents enjoy living at The Fifth at Palisades. The three bedroom apartment is clean, modern, and spacious enough for them. One of the favorite features is the clubhouse, it has a pool, gym, pool table, TV lounge, and a great space to gather with family and friends. Every time I go visit them , my kids and I enjoy hanging out there. The location is convenient, close to many amenities, and the management team has been so far friendly, professional, and helpful. We're happy to call this place home!

  I only lived at fifth for a year and moved out to be closer to work. During my time here things were relatively clean (besides the trash room. The dumpster doesn’t align with the shoot so garbage ends up all over the floor and wall). It is a family building and kids will be in the pool all day screaming and having fun. If that’s not your jam don’t move here. My issue arose shortly after I moved out. Three weeks after my final inspection, I hadn’t receive my damage deposit. After emailing the office, I was told it had been mailed and that I should receive it the following week. After another seven days, I still hadn’t received anything in the mail. I emailed again and asked for a new check to be sent out and I will pick it up at their office. Another two weeks went by before they received it. I picked it up that day, a month and a half after moving out. When I took a look at the charges, I noticed they had deducted an extra $25 for resending the check. Honestly, if I’m required to send my deposit in electronically i shouldn’t be waiting a month and a half for a deposit they could easily transfer back. Especially after it had been a month since the issued the first check. Thankfully I wasn’t in a situation where I required that money for other expenses or bills but others may be in tighter situations.
