  I enjoyed living in this building. Building manager Tanzin is amazing and very helpful. We are moving out to Kelowna because of the cold Edmonton’s weather.

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Riverside Towers and in particular Tanzin for her outstanding customer service . She is consistently courteous , professional and genuinely helpful . Tanzin aways handles every interaction with kindness and respect , making residents feel welcomed and valued. Her dedication and positive attitude reflect very well on Riverside Towers . It is a pleasure to receive such excellent service and i truly appreciate everything Tanzin does. Highly recommended!

  I visited Riverside Towers with my family, and the location feels like a sweet spot in Edmonton. Everything nearby — Jasper Avenue, public transportation, LRT, bus stops, and the beautiful Saskatchewan River and river valley. Convenient location for both everyday living and enjoying the city. The building itself was neat, clean, well-organized, and welcoming. From the moment we entered, everything felt well maintained and fresh. I especially liked the fitness/gym area, social lounge, common spaces, laundry facilities, secure entry, parking, and the nearby green spaces and river valley trails. Having so many facilities within the building is especially appealing during Edmonton’s cold winter months, I can think of staying comfortable indoors and still have plenty to do without going out. The building manager, Tanzin, was also very welcoming, professional, and helpful. She took the time to show us different units and explained everything with genuine care, which made the visit a very pleasant experience. Riverside Towers made a very positive first impression on me and my family. The combination of location, cleanliness, amenities, and professional management makes the place like a home. Hopefully, I’ll be applying for a 2-bedroom apartment soon! 😊

  I really like this apartment because it’s clean, spacious, and a nice place to live. Unfortunately, I’ve been waiting for more than a month for management to fix a water leak coming from the unit above mine. This leak was not my fault. They removed part of the wall to dry it but never finished the repair, and there is still a bad smell. Every time I ask for an update, I get the same answer without any progress On top of that my rent was increased even though I found the same type of apartment advertised for a lower price. I hope management sees this review and finally resolves the water leak and completes the repairs. I just want the issue fixed so I can continue enjoying living here.
