I just moved in to the apartment and the building manager Tanzin has been nothing short of amazing. Very communicative and helpful. I had an easy moving all thanks to her. She is very responsive and always ready to help if you need anything.

I’ve had a very positive experience living at Riverside Tower, and a big part of that is because of Tanzin, the building manager. Tanzin is the kind of manager who makes you feel that your concerns actually matter. She is approachable, respectful, and incredibly attentive. Whenever something comes up, she takes the time to listen, follows through, and makes sure the issue is properly addressed rather than simply brushed aside. What I appreciate most is the way she interacts with residents. She is consistently polite, patient, and professional, even when dealing with difficult situations. Her presence brings a sense of trust and stability to the building, and it is clear that she takes pride in maintaining a comfortable environment for everyone. Good building management can completely change the experience of living somewhere, and Tanzin is a great example of that. Riverside Tower is lucky to have someone who puts so much care and effort into her work. Thank you, Tanzin, for everything you do for the residents and for making Riverside Tower feel like a place we can be proud to call home.

The space is newly renovated and the facilities provided on the ground floor (gym, study space, convenience store) are clean and well kept. Having a nearby LRT and bus stops makes it easier to travel. There are multiple restaurants and a cafe nearby, as well as a clinic and pharmacy, making the location convenient. The manager, Tanzin has also been incredible in helping me find an apartment that’s within my budget. Any problems with the apartment was dealt with swiftly and smoothly. ☺️☺️
