  I lived at this property for close to two years. During my tenancy their were many concerns: appliances, noise, and pest concerns. I was not advised of the pest issue prior to me moving in. The neighborhood is extremely noisy/declining and the neighbors can cause issues. I reported all issues to management and they were not adequately resolved. Due to multiple issues I had to move out. I was required to do multiple repairs of minor issues prior to moving out to ensure the return of my damage deposit. When I moved in I felt pressured to leave a review without even living there long enough to leave an informed review 90 + days. My review reflects my personal experience. Prospective tenants should be aware of the multiple issues : lack of action towards issues, maintenance, noise affecting my living conditions, lack os action and move-out procedures.

  Thank you to centurion properties! I cannot recommend them enough! The leasing agent Priscilla was great to deal with. She made my move from Nova Scotia to Edmonton seamless and stress free. I viewed my apartment virtually on FaceTime and it was a great experience. This is the first time that I’ve ever done anything like this, and it went so much better and easier than expected. Priscilla was very prompt with her replies and easy to deal with. She made everything very clear to me and worked things around to my schedule. I spent a lot of time into searching for a landlord in Edmonton when I began planning this move. I feel very fortunate and extremely happy with the choice that I made. The apartment is beautiful with all new appliances and freshly painted and very clean when I moved in. I feel like I got very lucky! Once again, thank you very much for all your help!

  Working with Priscilla to move into my new home was easy and a breeze! She was professional, responsive, a friendly charm, and I feel free to ask about any future concerns I may have. Made the whole process smooth and simple. The building is also pretty clean, organized, and a really nice location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Building and Amenities!Moving into Oliver Place has been a wonderful experience. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean the property is kept. The amenities here really make it feel like a premium community. I use the fitness room regularly and love that the exercise equipment is completely up-to-date. The social relaxation room is also the perfect space to unwind. It's a great, comfortable place to call home.

  Oliver Place is is a greate location and very accesible to the park and other amenities. The building is old but the the common areas are very clean and organize. I enjoy sunbathing in the rooftop terrace. I also like the social room with the table pool, the gym in the building. PRISCILLA is a very nice, friendly and charming lady she goes above and beyond. She is promp with her replies to questions, she is always willing to help. She will greet you with a sweet smile. All in all I really like the place and highly recommend this building.
