  I lived at Oliver Place for 3yrs, in 2 different units, and had a great experience throughout my entire time there. If it were not for moving to another city, we would have happily stayed. The building is renovated, very well maintained, and always kept clean. Joe does an excellent job with the maintenance of the property, and Barbara and Priscila were absolutely wonderful. They always treated us very well, were approachable and helpful, and made us feel welcome. We also received great assistance during both of our moves within the building. The building itself is very convenient. There are 3 elevators, including one with direct access to the covered loading dock, which made moving with a U-Haul much easier. The common areas are also a plus. We celebrated my partner’s birthday in the social room and we also had a BBQ on the 4th patio. These are some of the many good memories we made while living here. I also had a very positive experience with Centurion - I lived in another Centurion building before Oliver Place and was equally satisfied with their service. I have many great memories from our years at Oliver Place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Edmonton.

  Good amenities most of the staff is nice too, building is clean too (old with asbestos but clean and well maintained) but.... too damn noisy. Don't get it if u like your sleep, though its not their fault its the location of the building itself, theres a bar right underneath and they make noises till 3am and the road has noises of loud bikes at night. Once again not the fault of the centurion properties but had to let anyone reading this know to help make informed decision for themselves.

  CENTURION PROPERTY BE AWARE FUTURE TENANTS ⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING OLIVER PLACE ⚠️ I lived at Oliver Place for approximately four years, and during that entire time I was consistently praised by management for being one of the cleanest tenants in the building. I have emails from management confirming this. Until I decided to move out, my experience was genuinely positive. Ms. Priscilla and Ms. Barbara were always professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, everything changed during my move-out after Aman J. became involved. I was shocked to receive an email claiming I had left the unit in poor condition. The "evidence" consisted of six photos showing a small scratch on the exterior side of the entrance door, a wall hanger, and a mattress and small table that had been left behind. Based on those items, they kept my entire $500 security deposit. In my opinion, withholding the full deposit over those issues was completely disproportionate to the actual condition of the unit. After being recognized as one of the cleanest tenants for four years, it honestly felt like they were looking for reasons to keep my deposit. The problems didn't end there. There was also confusion regarding my notice to vacate. Ms. Priscilla had previously assured me that I would not be be charged a late notice penalty. Despite that, Aman J. is still attempting to charge me for the month of July because my notice was submitted nine days later than required. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
