- CICraig IrwinAug 7, 20263.0Only complaints after living there for a year was the unit I chose only had the one window and patio door and a thermostat in the unit was for decoration no matter what it was 26° in there . Upon moving out the rental agency try to say that I was responsible for all new carpets all new floors, the walls all have to be repainted nothing was cleaned. (it was just their way of ensuring that they did not give back damage deposit.). I know of many others who have lived here. Expect that you are not going to get back your advantage deposit when you move out.

They were so supportive and helpful through the entire process, making me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable every step of the way. I am currently starting a brand new chapter in my life, and I feel so incredibly fortunate to begin it surrounded by such great people in a beautiful living environment. This is exactly the kind of positive place where I know I will be able to continue to thrive and make life happen.
