The manager 'Nancy' has anger issues. We witnessed her berate and swear at some workers and a girl who rents there. If she can't manage situations like that properly, she shouldn't be a manager.
I know people that rent here, and they have nothing but complaints, contact construction, constant water and electricity outages 'for maintenance'. Gym is small. Manager super unresponsive on normal issues like package thefts and safety concerns.

We moved to Grand Central Manor in 2021, and we truly love living here. The building is clean, safe, and very well managed. Having a security guard in the lobby overnight provides great peace of mind, and maintenance requests are handled quickly, often the same day.
The downtown location is excellent, and the staff genuinely care about the residents. A special thank you to Nancy, Tracy, Derek Marcela, and the entire team for their dedication and hard work in keeping residents heard, safe and happy.
The only downsides are the limited underground parking, which has a waiting list (But Nancy the property manager will accomodate your request like a priority) and the fact that there are only two elevators. If one is being used for a move or is under maintenance, wait times can be a bit longer.
Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and we highly recommend it.

I lived here for two years.
Over the course of those two years, I collected over 150 "notice of entry" slips. I was not specifically targeted, rather management will find any and all reason to be in your apartment at least once a week. This happened to most tenants, I don't know if it's still happening.
There are cockroaches in the garbage room. And no recycling btw.
Alarms go off regularly seemingly without reason.
Elevators are in poor condition, always. Incredibly dirty. Litter everywhere, used needles.
My sink regularly backed up sewage and flooded my kitchen floor. I was woken up several times in the early morning hours due to other tenants plumbing and flooding issues, and them asking if my suite was also flooding (sometimes).
They left me without a working dryer for a month. They will not fix your appliances in a timely manner if they have gone over budget. This was revealed to me by a maintenance man.
The suite I rented was dirty when I first moved in.
Regular issues with rent withdrawal and NFS fees and eviction threats despite my banking information not changing once during the duration of my stay here, AND despite me always having sufficient funds in my account.
Aman, allowed another tenant to harass me over unfounded claims just because of a personal dislike. I found this behaviour to be incredibly unprofessional and I am not the only one who has had poor dealings with manager Aman.
Location is 4/10. Close to bus stops, dispensary, grocery store, and schools. But you will hear sirens all hours of all days. Sometimes you will hear people fighting outside and may god have mercy on you if the Oilers win a game. You will not sleep.
This place is run by clowns.
