  I have been living here since 3 years and these people never did maintenance on time and have to call them repeatedly. they even ask for money for your unit keys as well. 3 years and still not getting service. SCAM ….. these people are SCAMMING and have to go legal against them.

  This place will not return my damage deposit. I moved out June 29 2026, its now July 22 2026. Mohamed Azam said it would be returned 10 days after move out....I have called (multiple times, they don't want to answer the phone) and eventually Mohamed Azam emailed me saying it should be received latest today which i haven't ...apparently it was shipped out july 13th which is 3 days after i should have received it so they lied about that entirely.... i called today and of course no answer, but was directed to the main office in regina where a woman who said she was a manager gave me a oo sorry i cant do anything and then said call who i need to call and hung up on me. I havent been provided proof of shipping or tracking or confirmation number to ensure it was picked up or shipped the day they say it was. They said shipped Canada post the biggest middle finger to ship with especially when it comes to money. At this point they are withholding it and I guess I have no choice but to contact alberta renters board to see what my legal rights at this point because its well past the date. Funny in 2026 you demand payment with card but dont provide the refund the same way...... Reasons on top of this to not rent here 1) when you have issues with paying rent on the app instead of calling to ask whats going on they will put a eviction notice on your doors the following day (less than 12hrs later) 2) you have to pay for parking either $62.50 for above ground or $120 for underground with an 3rd party app based out of Saskatchewan. And the underground has people breaking into vehicles continuously, also people dont use the app so expect people using your stall, and thr towing service on app doesn't work, and towing companies wont come there...trust me I had a prime spot and the 1 I was able to use stopped coming. 3) they say they offer luxury but actually only charge luxury prices for poor services. - NO security, cameras are not on all doors so crime happens where they aren't. Homeless building shelters in the parking lot, or getting into buildings. -Pet waste garbages rarely emptied and bags never refilled and when i sent emails I was told they have a schedule (not doing it at the end of the day on a friday when its almost full and bags were empty for days, leaving the garbages overflowing all weekend for months and it was still and on going issue) -cleaners are basic and dont work weekends so when someone pukes or leaves poop in stairwells your left smelling it all weekend. They dont wipe doors, walls, or clean carpets in hallways. -towing service cancelled without notice, leaving it almost Impossible to tow a vehicle out of your spot. Which at the time kf moving in they had a company the n cancelled it without renters notice. -snow removal is actually just moving it to block off multiple stalls, barley salting, and leaving a skating rink the entire season -gym maintenance is poor, they only clean once per day even though its open from 5am-11pm so when they clean in the am its nice and dirty for when you show up at 5 am. Bottles of cleaner rarely filled and they buy cheap product that is ultra sticky and I don't think its for that purpose as my skin had reactions so I started bringing my own. -pool is seasonal, extremely small and if you go peoples kids will be running and splashing unsupervised. Also people swimming in full clothing causing pool chemical imbalance issues because again you can maybe squeeze 20 kids in there lol -they are constantly needing a reason to be in your apartment, most places its once a year, maybe 2 at most here 5 times. Again i cant stress this enough this is not luxury it just costs that. Cheap faucets, air-conditioning that will leak, cabinets are cheap and will cause damage from trying to clean it as particle board is cheap lol amenities are just for show you wont want to use them. And again if you miss a rent payment (in my moms case it happened 2x with bank and app issues) we received a eviction notice less than 12 hrs later. This company is only interested in money intake thats it

  Nice location and had a very good experience as there maintenance is too fast, we stayed 2 years here and lastly this period was too smooth because of Mohammed Azam he is too helpful.
