  We lived here from April of 2023 to 2025 and it was an absolute joke. When we first got the lease, we were happy but we quickly learned how bad things would be with all the fees associated to just live here. Have a car? 🫰🏻 Have a friend visiting? 🫰🏻 Have a cat or dog? 🫰🏻 (my cat has rent??) Oh and btw, our rent went from about $1850/month to $2100+ within the two years of being at this location. I didn't make this review until now because we were worried we'd get hit with some retaliatory bill from the staff for speaking ill of the location. Also, when we went to move out, the place was basically spotless (not an exaggeration) and we were still being threatened with "repairs" that weren't actually true. People are going to hang picture frames even if you say not to, be real. You want $1000 to fix picture frame holes? 😮‍💨 Also, last but not least there was a shopping cart on the third floor of the stairwell, which implies someone homeless was living in the building. Good stuff 🤙🏻.

  Unit 514 at the 797 building has been extremely noisy. The occupants should show a little respect for neighbouring units, including those beside and below them. This issue has been reported to management, but no action has been taken. There is constant noise at all hours of the day-early in the morning, in the middle of the night, and throughout the day. The disturbances include running, knocking on the walls, and other excessive noise. I hope management can take appropriate action to address this issue, as it is very frustrating for other tenants. Our home should be a place of peace and quiet.

  I’ve had a good experience living at G17 Apartments at Tamarack. The building is modern, clean, and the amenities like the gym and common areas are well maintained. The management team is helpful and usually responds quickly to maintenance requests.

  I lived here for 3.5 years. While I liked living here there are some problems. Parking: parking costs $60/month that's just ridiculous. Cleanliness: the apartment complex in 785 has this strong odor that was supposed to be contained to the units themselves. The lobby is often dirty with things being abandoned in the lobby. Damage deposit returns: I've waited 2 months for my damage deposit and not only that the cheque itself bounced. I can't afford this i have bills to pay and now I'm sitting here with a negative balance waiting for my damage deposit situation being sorted.

  Great Service.In Office Simran is very helpful and whenever I had any problem she helped me every time.
