  I have lived here for a year now: the space is relatively nice (however annual pipe bursts and flooding) and the security and concierge are personable and helpful as well. However, the management staff are extremely unresponsive to emails. I have emailed on several occasions about different topics, and never receive any response. I have no idea if the emails have been received or if they have been missed due to the lack of communication/confirmation. I only am able to get any request of mine done/addressed by going to their office during their work hours in person. However, due to my own work hours, it is extremely not feasible for me to go talk to them in person each time an issue arises. Most recently, I have emailed to discuss the increase in my rent for the next year and have not heard back at all. Clearly, I am not valued as a tenant. Thus, I am now looking to vacate and am in the process of viewing other apartment buildings in the area.

  I moved into this apartment almost a month ago, and my experience has been excellent so far. The building is comfortable, well-maintained, and has been great in every aspect. A special thank-you to Saad from the leasing office for warmly introducing me to the building and making the entire leasing and move-in process smooth, easy, and comfortable. He was very supportive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  I don’t live in the building, but I’ve always found the amenities to be very nice whenever I visit friends who live here. The common areas are comfortable, clean, and enjoyable to use. During a small Canada Day gathering in one of the common areas, one of my belongings went missing and appeared to have been stolen. The security team, especially Sam and Chris, along with the building manager, Jackie, truly went above and beyond to assist me. They took the situation seriously, helped investigate what happened, and ultimately located and recovered my missing item. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, attention, and willingness to help throughout the entire situation. Their response made a stressful experience much easier to deal with and showed that the building has a team that genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its residents and guests. Thank you again to Sam, Chris, and Jackie for all your help!

  Let me tell you guys! All green signs coming into this building. The security is amazing for the downtown core. The leasing office staff was so amazing. Saad went above and beyond to show me everything in the building and my unit. He inspected the place as if he was about to move in. All and all, extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for wonderfully managed apartments in the downtown core.
