  My wife and I have lived in this building for over 4 years. It's a quiet mostly adult apartment. There has been alot of upgrades, and big improvements. Site staff office and maintenance are awesome.

  I am so grateful with Shawndralyn and Brian for taking care of the building as well as their tenants. They are very approachable and very helpful on all your concerns. This is a great place to live! :)

  This place is just so amazing! What I love most here is the security and of course the building manager, Shawndralyn and Brian who is so helpful in everything you need 24/7. It’s a quite place to live and accessible and so convenient to everything. People are considerate as well. Definitely recommend! ❤️

  Beacon Place!!! I lived here for just over three years and loved everything about it. Shawndra-Lyn and Brian take excellent care and go above and beyond to ensure their tenants feel safe in the building. The building is kept clean and it is obvious they take great pride in what they do. They are both incredibly personable and make living at Beacon Place feel that much more like home. Neighbours were always friendly, and I never experienced any issues with noise. Definitely consider this place if you're looking for a rental with great value & awesome management!

  Cannot express how much I enjoyed my 2 years of living here! My roommate and I could not have asked for a better location, a nicer and more fantastic 2bdr suite, and a more amazing building manager than Shawndra-Lyn and Brian. They made the place what it is with all the care and work they put into it. Security was top notch.. you do get a few stragglers in the middle of the night that like to scream from the back, but that’s honestly what you can expect from living ANYWHERE downtown. It is 100% the entertainment building, and I couldn’t have had a better time living there.
