  I lived at Beacon Place for a year and had a great experience throughout my stay. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and a pleasant place to call home. Ada, the property manager, was always helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Beacon Place to others!

  I've had a great experience living at Beacon Place. The building is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is greatly appreciated. The residents are respectful and create a welcoming community atmosphere. Another highlight is the beautiful view from the front of the building. Overall, Beacon Place is a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment building.

  I am so grateful with Shawndralyn and Brian for taking care of the building as well as their tenants. They are very approachable and very helpful on all your concerns. This is a great place to live! :)

  Beacon Place!!! I lived here for just over three years and loved everything about it. Shawndra-Lyn and Brian take excellent care and go above and beyond to ensure their tenants feel safe in the building. The building is kept clean and it is obvious they take great pride in what they do. They are both incredibly personable and make living at Beacon Place feel that much more like home. Neighbours were always friendly, and I never experienced any issues with noise. Definitely consider this place if you're looking for a rental with great value & awesome management!
