  Only giving two stars because the maintenance and cleaning staff are exceptional and deserve a full five stars for their hard work and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience with Deveraux and its management team was disappointing. We ultimately moved out due to ongoing management, security and parking issues that were rarely addressed. The underground garage door was frequently broken, and there was even a break-in where property was stolen, including our bicycle. Parking was a constant frustration. Despite paying monthly for an assigned stall, residents regularly parked in assigned spots, fire lanes, and handicap spaces, often forcing others to look elsewhere for parking. Building rules, including parking enforcement and cleaning up dog waste, were not consistently enforced, and management appeared unwilling to take action when concerns were raised. While the gym and amenities are nice, they do not make up for the lack of responsiveness, security concerns, and poor rule enforcement. Overall, we did not feel the quality of management justified the cost of living here.

  Jennifer + Stefany have been absolutely amazing to work with, during my time here I had some personal things come up and they worked hard to mediate and confirm a great experience , and end result. I’m so thankful to be living here- the amenities are amazing. The pool just opened! The community is quiet and clean. I am in the process of still settling and it’s been an amazing experience all around. I highly recommend living here and appreciate all the care from the property administration.
