  Jennifer is an ABSOLUTE pleasure. Thank you for your help and all the great work you do on the properties! This is a nice area and one of the few lucky buildings in Calgary with complete amenities including a business center and an outdoor pool!

  I had such a great experience working with Ermal! He truly listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect apartment. He went above and beyond by sharing videos of the unit, answering my questions, and making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Communication was always quick and smooth, and I really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for his help in finding a place that feels like the perfect fit!

  We stayed in Deveraux apartments for just under a year and one of the many great things that encouraged me to rent the place was how kind and welcoming Jennifer was to us when we visited the cite. Over the time we spent there I encountered a few issues and she was always willing to help out instantly with a big smile no matter how busy she was. Jennifer is truly amazing at her job and she’s definitely an asset to the company. As we leave this place and move to a new one I know she will be missed.

  The apartment and the staff are so lovely, Jennifer especially! She definitely knows her stuff and is able to answer everything question we have! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, tons of great lighting and a warm atmosphere. The second we walked into our new place it was absolutely stunning, they did an amazing job cleaning up (they even cleaned the lint trap!) and they were very well documented and thorough with everything; pictures, lease agreement, utilities, parking, etc. I can’t recommend this place enough, we hope to stay here for a while to come!

  I had a great experience with Stefany. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very well-prepared. During the showing, she knew the property inside and out, answered all my questions confidently, and provided helpful information about the building, amenities, and surrounding area.
