  I had an extremely distressing and traumatic experience with real estate agent Shaukat Hayat on possession day. What should have been a straightforward and professional process escalated into a serious and unacceptable incident inside my own home. During this encounter, the situation became physically aggressive. I was injured, and my personal belongings were thrown outside, creating a chaotic and unsafe environment. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but completely inappropriate and alarming for someone in a position of trust and responsibility. As a result of this incident, law enforcement was involved and charges were laid. I also required medical attention due to the injuries I sustained, which reflects the severity of what occurred. A real estate professional is expected to handle challenging situations with composure, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The conduct I encountered was aggressive, harmful, and deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering working with this individual. This situation raises serious concerns about their professionalism, judgment, and ability to safely represent clients.
