  I had an extremely distressing and traumatic experience with real estate agent Shaukat Hayat on possession day. What should have been a straightforward and professional process escalated into a serious and unacceptable incident inside my own home. During this encounter, the situation became physically aggressive. I was injured, and my personal belongings were thrown outside, creating a chaotic and unsafe environment. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but completely inappropriate and alarming for someone in a position of trust and responsibility. As a result of this incident, law enforcement was involved and charges were laid. I also required medical attention due to the injuries I sustained, which reflects the severity of what occurred. A real estate professional is expected to handle challenging situations with composure, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The conduct I encountered was aggressive, harmful, and deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering working with this individual. This situation raises serious concerns about their professionalism, judgment, and ability to safely represent clients.

  We worked with Sandeep on Buying a house. Since it was a remote buying, it had to be someone who we could trust. Sandeep did an excellent work in finding, guiding, reviewing the house with us, negotiating and ultimately buying the house. His dedication, honesty, hard work, personal touch is very much appreciated. Shaukat was amazing and gave us lot of guidance and we really appreciate their help. We would definitely recommend them anytime. Kudos to a great work done.
