  Poor Ventilation and bad smell in Parkade, feel very uncomfortable when breathing in parkade. Tires are placed in parkade without management. Sands, rubbish and dust can find anywhere in the parkade. Smoke and cannabis smell inside hallways. Ventilation fan was shut down by management and cannot turn on inside unit. Seldom wash and clean the carprets in the hallways.

  DO NOT RENT HERE - I have had nonstop issues since moving in. No working AC, paint spots all over the floor, water has randomly not worked, and above all the ceiling caved in and water got all over my floor, right after buying new furniture. The best part is? Kate who is the manager is the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Do better Kate.

  Parking is a scam. You pay 40$ a month for a first-come first-serve parking arrangement. Half the time, there is nowhere to park so you have to park in a stall and pray your car doesn’t get towed. They also keep moving around the flex area without any notice so to your surprise, you wake up the next day to a $100 ticket when less than 24 hours prior, you were able to park there. There are many other available spots so I have asked to pay an extra $20 to have an actual stall I can park in. I have received several $100 parking tickets despite paying monthly for parking. On top of that, my neighbour above continuously drops cigarettes and joints down onto my balcony which has become hazardous to myself and my dog. He spits down onto my balcony which is just absolutely disgusting and I have had ashes fall down onto me. Not to mention my neighbour had black mould in one of her rooms and when she got home one day from work, maintenance had left all their materials laying around for her cat to explore.

  We were looking for a place for our son as he was starting school, and after contacting several places, we connected with Ermal. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. Since we were living in another city, Ermal went above and beyond by giving us a full tour over FaceTime, making sure we felt confident in our decision. His exceptional service truly stood out. Even after we moved in, he continued to check in with us he even messaged me on his day off to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were comfortable. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated. Glenyi was also very helpful and welcoming at the office. The location is beautiful, the apartment is clean and well-maintained, and most importantly, the management team is extremely supportive. Thank you our son is very happy and comfortable here!
