  Do not sign a lease here without having visited the unit a couple times. On our first visit, we were impressed by the building and its amenities. On the second, the flaws became very apparent, especially the horrible soundproofing. Thankfully, we were patient enough to book a follow‑up showing, despite the agent's pressure to “decide quickly” because “many people were interested.” A claim that turned out to be a sales tactic as old as the hills. Take all your time before committing to anything. Or do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.

  I’ve had a great experience living here, and Carmen has been wonderful to work with. She is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need help. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes things feel easy and stress-free. Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her!

  I would give this place 5 stars if the soundproofing were better. The overall environment is nice, and the building is well maintained, but unfortunately, the sound isolation is not good. That said, 5 stars for Carmen, who has been extremely helpful. She is caring, efficient, and genuinely concerned about the residents. She is a great problem solver and always does her best to address issues promptly. The technicians are also friendly, professional, and capable.

  Moving in was such a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to Jovi! From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, quick to respond to any questions I had, and made the entire process so easy. Communication was always clear, and I never had to wait long for an answer. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, which made moving into my new place so much less overwhelming. I really appreciated how organized, professional, and friendly they were throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with Jovi if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and makes moving as seamless as possible!

  I absolutely love my new apartment! The community is amazing and quiet. I love that I can mountain bike at COP next door and the walking trails nearby are so great. The Deveraux admin team is very helpful and always kind. Maintenance tasks are completed promptly, as well!
