  Overall, I have had mixed experiences here but the latest security breach has left me feeling uneasy. On Saturday/Sunday, our garage was broken into leaving several cars with broken windows, and stolen belongings. Things like this happen but this occured AFTER we were notified the garage door was malfunctioning. Knowing we were having security issues, management could have upped security at least temporarily (afterall, we are paying $150 a month to park there). Most worrying is that as of 2026-07-28 12:23 (keep in mind the crime occured ~2026-07-26) no one has communicated to me that it happened. If I hadn’t bumped into my neighbors, I wouldn’t have known to check my car and roll my windows down. At the very least, we should have received a notification that something was up. There are probably people who are away who don’t know that their car was affected (or obviously could still be affected given the fact that security hasn’t been increased). Things happen obviously, we are in sort of a problematic area and I don’t expect to be surrounded by law abiding citizens, but for $150 a month… I would expect at least some communication or idk even attempt to prevent a known problem from escalating.

  Absolute negligence! Avoid this place! A massive security breach occurred in the underground parking garage, and management’s response has been shocking, take day off and carry no response. Burglars easily infiltrated the "secure" area, smashed the windows of 10 to 15 resident cars—including mine—and completely ransacked them. My personal belongings and expensive tools were stolen. This happened not the first time as per other tenants. The worst part is that this was entirely preventable. Right before the crime, the leasing office sent a message stating that the garage doors were malfunctioning. Despite knowing the building was completely vulnerable, they failed to post a single security guard at the gate. They left a broken entrance unguarded and took a long weekend. Now, management claims they bear zero liability for break-ins, anyway charges you 100-150$ for a parking spot. The fact that this was a targeted, malicious crime means nothing to them. They show a total lack of accountability and absolute irresponsibility toward paying residents. If you value your safety and property, do not move here. The cameras are useless, and management does not care about you, only your money, they will raise your rent every time when your lease agreement expire, like without hesitation.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Credo has been disappointing, building is very noisy, and you can hear everything between units. I have brought up the same issues several times, but nothing changes and it feels like no one really cares!!!!

  We lived at Credo for the past year and overall found it to be a nice place to live. Unfortunately, our experience with the move-out process has been extremely frustrating. For two weeks, we repeatedly asked for confirmation of our move-out, handover instructions, and the date and time to return the keys. Despite several emails and phone calls, we received no response. Two days before our move-out date, I had to leave work early just to try to show up at their office to get in touch with someone because nobody was replying. After moving out, we then received an email claiming that a month’s rent was overdue at an increased rate, even though we have never paid rent late during our entire tenancy. We immediately reached out again by email and phone, but once more received no response. It’s disappointing because the apartment itself is nice, but communication and management during the move-out process have been unacceptable. I genuinely don’t understand how an apartment complex can be managed when emails and phone calls go unanswered. Tenants deserve clear communication, especially when moving out and dealing with important financial matters.

  If I could rate this place a zero I would. Management awful, everything awful. If you’re looking for an apartment stay far away from here !!
