  Unfortunately, my experience with Credo has been disappointing, building is very noisy, and you can hear everything between units. I have brought up the same issues several times, but nothing changes and it feels like no one really cares!!!!

  We lived at Credo for the past year and overall found it to be a nice place to live. Unfortunately, our experience with the move-out process has been extremely frustrating. For two weeks, we repeatedly asked for confirmation of our move-out, handover instructions, and the date and time to return the keys. Despite several emails and phone calls, we received no response. Two days before our move-out date, I had to leave work early just to try to show up at their office to get in touch with someone because nobody was replying. After moving out, we then received an email claiming that a month’s rent was overdue at an increased rate, even though we have never paid rent late during our entire tenancy. We immediately reached out again by email and phone, but once more received no response. It’s disappointing because the apartment itself is nice, but communication and management during the move-out process have been unacceptable. I genuinely don’t understand how an apartment complex can be managed when emails and phone calls go unanswered. Tenants deserve clear communication, especially when moving out and dealing with important financial matters.

  If I could rate this place a zero I would. Management awful, everything awful. If you’re looking for an apartment stay far away from here !!

  One of the worst managed buildings in the city. Don't move here unless you want to wait the entire duration of your lease to hear back about any issue you're having. Chances are you'll have neighbours above you that slam furniture around all hours of the night, be charged for random fees without any explanation, or have your maintenance guy show up and ask you to help do the repair labour (lol). They do not care about you in the slightest. Avoid

  I have previously lived in this building with my friend for a year. Not once did I hear my upstairs neighbors. I moved out and my friend moved into a one bedroom in credo. I stayed there for a few days over the past year as she travels for work needed someone to watch her dog. She had let me know the upstairs neighbors were always making noise and that was an understatement. The noise the neighbors would make would STARTLE us. It sounded like they were bouncing a 20-pound weight on the ground past 9pm and before 7am. My friend had made MULTIPLE complaints and was told these neighbors would be moving since they had a toddler and they would be better on the first floor. Since then, the building managers have ignored her emails. And are now telling her they have been trying to reach her which is a complete lie. After all of this she got a rent increase. Completely unprofessional and a little insane? Also! When I was in this building my sink was broken and the maintenance man made me help him for an hour to put it together and hold this heavy sink with my 2 fingers. I will not be emailing since that clearly doesn't mean anything.
