  Citysearch has looked after my condo for about 7 years. They have been responsive to my needs as a landlord living out of province. The tenants that they have secured have been responsible and there have not been any issues with any of them.

  We have only been working with Citysearch for a few weeks to manage the rental of our home, but our experience so far has been excellent. Rhys and Lisa were highly professional, thorough, and responsive throughout the onboarding process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided us with a strong sense of confidence that our home would be well cared for. After handing over the keys, we also needed some help coordinating with movers to pack up the remaining items. David Bee went above and beyond by patiently waiting for the movers when they were delayed and communicating directly to clarify a couple outstanding items that had been missed from our initial list. Thank you, David, Rhys, and Lisa! We really appreciate all your help and look forward to working with you over the coming years.

  I met with Gabriela for a showing in Wolf Willow last week, and I had such an amazing experience! She was super kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and very professional. She responded to me quickly and was able to book me in for a showing right away. I was especially impressed with how clean and well presented the property was, but what really stood out to me was Gabriela’s friendly attitude. I’ve viewed properties with other agents before, and sometimes the experience feels rushed or impersonal. Gabriela made me feel comfortable, never rushed me, and was happy to answer my questions. She was pleasant to work with, and made the whole experience so much better!
