  C-ERA Property Management has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional to deal with. After purchasing my house last year, I discovered that the HOA account was locked due to unpaid HOA fees from the previous owner. When I requested a breakdown of the charges so I could work with the seller’s side to resolve the issue, C-ERA refused to provide the information and instead directed me to their collection lawyer. With the help of my lawyer, the previous owner eventually paid the outstanding HOA fees and legal costs. However, even after the issue was resolved, communication with C-ERA remained extremely poor. I contacted them again last month to confirm whether my account could finally be activated. I was told that upper management would contact me within 3 business days, but weeks later I still have not received any response. I also emailed management directly and never heard back. My account remains inaccessible. Their TownSq/Townsquare system has also been disappointing — tickets are closed without any actual resolution, and the account balance information is unclear or missing. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and poor customer service have made this an incredibly frustrating experience.

  Lyn Moralida is amazing and very helpful! It's hard to find a company and espectically a specific employee that has good follow up and that is greatly appreciated!

  One of the worst companies that you will ever encounter, if you can avoid them, please do it and do not buy any condo managed by them. They do not communicate (they will not take a call, they will not email you and will send a dog of a lawyer after you). When they finally sent me an email after this nightmare of an ordeal, they sent me information about the wrong condo and not mine. The worst property management company.

  Lyn Moralida is an outstanding Assistant Community Manager. I had to move on short notice over a weekend, entirely my fault, but Lyn went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up for me within just a few hours. I truly appreciate her dedication; I believe she even stayed past her working hours on a Friday to make sure I was fully prepared for my move. She is also incredibly responsive and efficient in her communication. As a new homeowner, I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to continue working with her throughout this experience.
