  I have had a very positive experience as a past owner living at Temple Gardens. For a budget-friendly community, it offers excellent value for money. The property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable place to live without the high costs often associated with other communities. Love Associa Property management as they are prompt The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, services, and transportation. The grounds and common areas are generally well cared for, and there is a strong sense of community among many residents. Like any residential complex, there can occasionally be challenges with some tenants, who act as immature bunch of idiots and unexpected situations do arise from time to time. However, these are not unique to Temple Gardens and have not taken away from my overall positive experience living here. I appreciate the efforts made to maintain the property and create a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Considering the affordability, amenities, and location, Temple Gardens offers great value and remains a good place to live. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, affordable housing option with a strong overall community feel.

  My experience with the management of Temple Gardens has been extremely disappointing. I have been disputing maintenance charges that I believe are inaccurate, yet instead of receiving meaningful support and a proper investigation, I have been met with resistance and threats of collections. The invoice I received contains labor hours that I dispute, as well as photographs that do not appear to be from my unit. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns and requesting clarification, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. I also attempted to work directly with the contractor to resolve the matter reasonably, but those efforts were unsuccessful. As a homeowner who has consistently paid condominium fees on time and has never missed a payment, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Instead, I have spent months trying to correct what I believe are billing errors without receiving adequate support from management. Based on my experience, communication, accountability, and dispute resolution processes need significant improvement. Purchasing a property in Temple Gardens has unfortunately been one of the most frustrating decisions I have made. My property manager IONA does not know how to talk with people very arrogant and poor customer services.
