- MMMartha M.Mar 11, 20265.0This is a great place. Very well run. The building manager, Nathan, is extremely helpful and efficient. My washing machine was leaking when I moved in and he got it fixed immediately and replaced the baseboards too. No other issues have come up. From the 12th floor there's very little street noise when the windows are closed, even on the Pandora side. My neighbours are quiet and friendly, and public spaces are kept clean and tidy. I love the open spaces and outdoor stairs. Good community feeling too. Two thumbs up.

The location is convenient for me, as I work Downtown and can easily walk to my job. While there is some noise due to nearby construction and the Victoria Fire Department, it's not unbearable and doesn't bother me too much. Our property manager, Nathan, is very approachable, keeps us well-informed about building updates and events, and is responsive to our needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed, conveniently located, and beautifully designed apartment in an area with plenty of nearby amenities.
