  I would research the reviewers here as im sure most of them are made up by Centurion property associates. These apartments are tiny for the price. Appliances are low grade and inefficient. Ventless dryer leaves a thick layer of dust over everything. I left a negative review a few months back and I am receiving what seems to me vindictive treatment from management. While.moving out, I was charged for not sweeping the deck and for a small amount of residue in the oven which I had never used once. They are now making me wait the full 15 days for my damaged deposit. The 4.7 stars is an inflated number. I will never rent from Centurion properties associates again. Nor will I recommend them.

  I’m one month in to calling The Arc home and I have nothing but positive things to say about the environment and management! All of the residents (and their furry friends) that I have come in contact with have been very kind. The location of the building is a huge bonus with everything you could need being within walking distance. The resident manager, Carol Anne, is not only incredibly kind and helpful, but very diligent and proactive in maintaining resident comfort and building safety/cleanliness. She’s very quick to respond and tend to any maintenance needs. When I was having some minor issues with my washer she responded to my request within minutes and came to resolve the issue in under 1 hour! Thank you to both Carol Anne and Ryan (maintenance) for all your help!

  Myself and my husband moved in at the beginning of December, we have the smallest apartment in the building but it is more than enough room for the both of us! Very clean and quiet and everyone has been friendly. We love the bright space we get and our balcony is private enough that no one can see in but with the added bonus of a view of Olympic mountain and a very sweet community park being built in the area below us. Great area, walkable to the main shopping centre and also some lovely shops in goldstream village. We're so happy we chose to come here - we'll be here for years yet!

  A few bumps and hiccups can be expected when living in a brand new building. As was the case when the bathroom in the apartment of my downstairs neighbour suddenly started flooding and the water was coming from my apartment. It wasn’t an easy fix but the landlord and his team at Centurian Properties bent over backwards to have it fixed properly and as conveniently as possible.
