  If you are looking for a place where you are treated like a neighbor rather than just another unit number, look no further. Darrel is, hands down, one of the most professional and genuinely friendly building managers I have ever encountered. From the very beginning, his showings are incredibly thorough. He doesn’t just rush you through the rooms; he takes the time to point out the small details, explains how the building operates, and ensures all your questions are answered before you even think to ask them. It’s clear he takes great pride in the property. What really sets Darrel apart is how much he truly cares about his tenants. He goes above and beyond to foster a positive environment, and you can tell he has a vested interest in everyone’s comfort and well-being. Furthermore, his responsiveness is unmatched. Whether it’s a quick question or a maintenance request, he is consistently on top of communication, making life here easy and stress-free. I cannot recommend Darrel enough—he makes the experience of renting an absolute breeze!

  Tried twice to get a virtual tour through this place. The first time they double booked and was late for our scheduled time. The second time (today, Mar 19) we have given up after waiting 30 mins past the appointment time with no messages or calls.

  We enjoy that Hockley Corners is a newer building with ac/heat pumps in the units, and quiet residents, in a great location. And if there is ever a problem, or some maintenance to be done, the staff respond right away, there is great communication, and they get the job done efficiently. We have been living here for a couple of years now and we're very happy.

  Really bad management. Parking lot is supposed to be secured and they have “cameras” but management refuses to check them if asked. My first car was broken into and I never figured out what happened because management didn’t care enough to check cameras. My dryer machine hasn’t worked since I moved here (2+ years ago) I have to put over 6 hours for a single load to dry properly. They also claim to be 24/7 management but it takes them over 4 days to respond a single email or text! I stay here because of the location which is the one good thing about it.
