It’s an easy walk to downtown Victoria, with Save-On-Foods and the Market on Yates just around the corner—super convenient. Nathan, the building manager, is friendly, reasonable, and genuinely helpful. He does a great job keeping things running smoothly.

The maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the property clean and well-maintained. The location is another big plus: it’s right by shops, amenities, and public transit, which makes daily life incredibly convenient. Nathan, the property manager, is always friendly, approachable, and responsive. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, he’s been quick to help and always professional. The unit itself is spacious and modern. The building also has a welcoming vibe, with friendly neighbors and a very pet-friendly atmosphere. My favorite part? Meeting all the adorable dogs at the elevator!
