All of the residents (and their furry friends) that I have come in contact with have been very kind. The location of the building is a huge bonus with everything you could need being within walking distance. The resident manager, Carol Anne, is not only incredibly kind and helpful, but very diligent and proactive in maintaining resident comfort and building safety/cleanliness. She’s very quick to respond and tend to any maintenance needs. When I was having some minor issues with my washer she responded to my request within minutes and came to resolve the issue in under 1 hour! Thank you to both Carol Anne and Ryan (maintenance) for all your help!

The building manager (Carol Anne) is very sweet and dedicated! She is always on top of everything and very easy to deal with. The building is very clean and organized.

What attracted me was the spacious units, A/C, fair market rental value, and close proximity to everything. The “on-site” building Manager here is not only very kind and energetic, but very responsive , often quickly taking care of business on days off and after hours. Very clean, quiet, and a very safe place to live. I highly recommend this building.

I have amazing views of the Olympic mountains, and the air conditioning and in-suite laundry in a rental unit is a very nice feature. Lots of nice people around, usually people walking their dogs, great community. Langford has really turned around. I love this apartment! To the people posting 1 star reviews. Compared to other areas this area is MUCH safer and the managers are great, nothing wrong with the building or the managers. They treat everyone so nicely.
