- DNDenise NadeauDec 31, 20254.0Associa recently took over the previous property managment company we had, a company which was quite problematic. The present property manger we have with Associa, Aaron Banks, is a breath of fresh air. He works hard, knows the Strata Property Act and the Civil Resolution Tribinal Acts, is able to handle and deal fairly with difficult owners and is able to listen. I stress the hard working as our previous managers did not spend much time with or on our strata and I think this is critical if we are paying them good money!
