  Associa (Cornerstone properties) has been exceptional in all of my handlings of my Condo. I have been with them for over 12 years and have worked with Greg and Richard both a huge asset to the company. Special shout out to Greg for all of his countless hours working through many of the tenant issues, overseeing all aspects from tenant eviction to ensuring all accounts are acurate. He has always gone above and beyond and always having contiuous communication. Richard handled some very difficult and percise paperwork for an eviction and if it wasnt for both Greg and Richard i may still be dealing with this issue. Thank you for always going above your normal duties and especially when you need to prioritize all of your other buildings and units. Thank you to everyone at Associa Victoria BC for the years of continue support and amazing service.

  I am exhausted by this company. Our current property manager has demonstrated a significant lack of communication, with questions and requests left unanswered for months—and in some cases, over a year. As a result, our strata council has been forced to take on responsibilities that should have been managed by Associa, despite repeated reminders, emails, and follow-up requests during meetings. We have requested Zoom meetings and calls, none of which have taken place. These ongoing issues came to a head during a recent water emergency in the building, which was not handled appropriately. The inadequate response and lack of follow-up communication have caused ongoing disruption for residents. Requests for supporting documentation to confirm that proper procedures were followed have been met with silence, and it remains unclear whether we will receive them at all. Over the years, we have experienced a high turnover of property managers, which has further contributed to ongoing issues and created additional challenges in maintaining consistent and effective management. We are not being listened to or responded to, and at this point I feel it is necessary to leave this review.

  I received excellent service from our property management team, and especially from Daniel Sanderson. What initially felt like a complicated process was made simple and straightforward thanks to Daniel’s professionalism, patience, and clear guidance. He provided a much more appropriate, easy-to-understand form, helped me complete it, and took care of forwarding everything to our strata chair. The entire experience was efficient, stress-free, and handled with exemplary care. Truly outstanding service.
