Unfortunately, I experienced some difficulties during the renovation application process, which was quite frustrating. I then tried calling Company Associa BC, and my call was routed to Mr. Ken. He resolved my issue quickly and professionally. Throughout the subsequent process, he consistently demonstrated a high level of competence and professionalism. Ken has given me great confidence and hope in this beautiful new community.I would like to express my sincere appreciation to him. Bill has done a FANTASTIC job for our strata, managing the tasks for us in a difficult year for our strata while juggling his responsibilities for other strata. Most recently he chaired the AGM where there was an important issue that we had to resolve. The AGM was on Monday and he got the AGM minutes to us by Thursday, as well as other tasks related to the AGM. This guy is a keeper!
