  METRO B It’s been 4 months since we moved in, and we’re very happy with our new home. Mr. Will did a great job, answered all our questions, and was very helpful throughout the process. Ms. Carolina, the building manager, is very friendly and has done an excellent job since day one, always making sure everything is in order. We really appreciate her professionalism and hard work. ⚠ Just a heads up about some truck and train noise, but you’ll likely get used to it over time. ☆ Overall, it is a wonderful place to live and we would highly recommend it! 🤩

  DO NOT move here. Seriously. If you enjoy sleeping to the lovely, nonstop soundtrack of trains screeching, metro rumbling, and ships blasting their horns at all hours — then sure, welcome to hell. The noise is absolutely insane. The building shakes, the walls feel paper-thin, and peace and quiet simply do not exist. It’s like living inside a damn train station. On top of that, rent keeps going UP while the real estate market is going down. Make it make sense. You’re paying premium prices to live in a place with zero proper infrastructure, nothing convenient nearby, and constant noise pollution. This place is a complete dump. Overpriced, poorly located, and mentally exhausting to live in. Save yourself the stress, the sleepless nights, and your hard-earned money. Look literally anywhere else.

  We moved into building Metro C last quarter of the month with the assistance of our excellent agent, Jefferson Pascua. From the very first day until our move-in, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stress-free. We are also fortunate to have Carlo Ligaya as our building manager, and I can confidently say that he is the best manager. He consistently ensures that everything in the building is well-maintained, is very reliable, and makes communication easy and clear. If you are looking for an apartment, Metro Centurion Property is definitely an excellent choice. Highly recommended.
