  I would like to start by thanking Jeff, who was truly the heart of our entire experience. From the very beginning, he welcomed us with kindness, no judgment, and genuine care. He guided us like family, gave us honest advice, and made sure we were fully looked after even when he wasn’t around. He is the main reason we found our home, and that is something we will never forget. I would also like to thank Will for all his help throughout the leasing process. He was very helpful, responsive, and understanding, and always made sure we felt supported at every step. He handled everything quickly, made sure the process went as smoothly as possible, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. Nothing was left unclear, and every concern or request was genuinely considered. It really felt like he wanted us to succeed and have the best possible experience. And finally, thank you to Danielle from management. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, it honestly felt like dealing with family. She took her time to walk us through everything and showed us the units more than once, making sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. I truly appreciate her patience and care. Overall, an exceptional experience thanks to all three of them.

  Very frustrating experience with this building and its management. Issues are not properly addressed and there is a clear lack of coordination between staff and head office. Concerns tend to drag on without resolution, and communication is inconsistent. There are also ongoing maintenance issues, including dust coming through the vents and pest problems such as ants, which have not been properly dealt with despite being reported. Overall, the process has been stressful and draggy . I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously and improves both maintenance.

  This is absolutely the worst of the worst building I have ever lived in. Neighbors are a absolutely the worst. They are inconsiderate, loud, and I can’t even tell you the amount of times a cop visits in a week due to people fighting. Also, the management is the worst as well. They literally lied and said the only thing they were gonna charge me for moving out was the last fob and made me sign an empty paper saying everything was okay and honestly I was in such a rush on the day of moving that I signed it. After a long time of waiting I have received even lest then the quarter of my deposit I paid. I paid over 1000$ and they only sent me 200 $ back. They scammed me and did a fraudulent changes on the paper I signed. Even though I was told that the house was clean, they still charged me for 500$ to clean my stove and fridge apparently! On top of it I called the building manager and left a voicemail he never called me back either. I am going to be taking them to court out of principle. The amount of bullshit I put up with they should pay me extra as thank you! Ps. It has been over 2 weeks and not a single person reached out to return me my money that they stole. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY HATE YOUR LIFE. AND ITS SO OBVIOUS THAT THEY ARE PAYING PEOPLE TO CHANGE THE REVIEWS TO BUMP UP THE OVERALL RATE THEY ARE GETTING FROM PEOPLE.
