  I’ve lived here for over a year, and honestly the only reason I’m giving two stars is because of Howie and John, the property and maintenance managers. They are professional, responsive, and handle complaints and apartment issues quickly. They make living here bearable. When Howie was away for a period, living here almost became a disaster. That said, if you’re looking for a clean and well-maintained environment, I wouldn’t recommend Fusion Apartments. I’m not sure when the building was constructed, but the lack of maintenance is very noticeable. Algae grows on the concrete floors, and the recycling room is small and often messy. Several times, trash has had to be left on the floor because the bins were full. There have also been repeated issues with pet owners not cleaning up after their pets, despite multiple reminders. If you live on the ground floor, you’ll likely see people walking their dogs right in front of your balcony, and sometimes pets even relieve themselves there. The dog walk areas are not properly barricaded, which feels like poor planning. You can find newer, better-maintained apartments in the King George area for the same price or even cheaper. Considering the property market has gone down, I expected some rent relief for tenants, but I had to push quite a bit just to get one month free. It also makes me wonder where the money is going when the building feels barely maintained. Many parts of the building feel old, even things like the push-to-open door buttons struggle to work. If you care about the aesthetics and upkeep of where you live, I would suggest looking at other buildings in the King George area.

  Living at Fusion has truly been a wonderful experience. From the property itself to the overall atmosphere, it’s a place that genuinely feels like home. The building is well-maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. What really makes Fusion stand out, though, is the incredible property manager Howie. She is consistently kind, understanding, and approachable. No matter the situation, she handles everything with professionalism and compassion. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but also truly cares about the people who live there. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard and supported I’m very grateful to live here and would absolutely recommend Fusion to anyone looking for a place with both a great community and outstanding management.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to recognize Howie Cruz, our building manager, for the outstanding work she does. Howie is professional, approachable, and always responsive to residents’ concerns. She handles maintenance requests efficiently and ensures the building is clean, safe, and well-managed at all times. What truly sets her apart is her positive attitude and dedication. She communicates clearly, follows up when needed, and genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of everyone in the building. It’s reassuring to have a manager who is organized, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you, Howie, for your hard work and commitment — it makes a real difference!

  We recently had an issue with our washer, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly everything was handled. As soon as we reported the problem, management responded right away and kept us informed throughout the process. There was no runaround or delays — just clear communication and fast action. The washer was replaced much sooner than we expected, and the installation was smooth and professional. It made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. It’s reassuring to live in a building where maintenance concerns are taken seriously and resolved efficiently. Great service like this really makes a difference.

  I’ve had a truly great experience living at Fusion Apartment. From day one, the building has been well maintained, clean, and professionally managed. The common areas are always spotless, the grounds are kept in excellent condition, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. What really stands out is the management. The team is responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Communication is clear, concerns are addressed promptly, and there’s a strong sense of organization and accountability. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the community safe, welcoming, and well-run. I highly recommend Fusion to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
