I used to live in fusion for 2 years now. Resident highlight well maintained hallways, clean common areas and well-kept ground, apartment is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The Resident manager /Howie are always on time for the requests and solve the problem and quickly responding my email and messages even her day off time or weekends. Thank you.

We lived in this building for almost two years and had a great experience, thanks to Howei, the building manager. She is very friendly, approachable, and always helpful. We actually secured our apartment over a phone call from Toronto with her—she carefully understood our requirements and recommended a unit that turned out to be perfect for us.
Now that we’ve moved out, the checkout process was just as smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciate all the support she provided during our stay and wish her the very best in her career.

UNSAFE.
A vehicle associated with our unit was broken into in the parkade. Shortly after, our assigned parking spot was taken, and we were given no explanation or notice. When we repeatedly asked for clarification or help, we were met with rudeness and dismissive responses rather than support or information.
We eventually discovered on our own that two different people had been paying for the same parking spot — something that should never happen and should have been identified by management. After being assigned a new spot, a notice was still placed on the car saying it was not in the system and warning that it would be towed. All of this occurred while the vehicle’s owner was out of the country due to a family emergency.
At no point were we properly informed about what was happening. We had to piece everything together ourselves and effectively do the job that building staff should have been handling. The lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I sincerely hope management reviews their processes and staff conduct so other residents do not experience the same situation.

I’ve been renting here for a while now and everything seemed fine. But the concierge Howe, has been very rude and unprofessional over texts and in person. This behaviour is unacceptable, especially from a concierge.
Simple questions are met with attitude, eye-rolling, or rude responses, as if residents are an inconvenience rather than the reason the role exists.
A concierge is supposed to make residents feel welcome and supported. instead, talking to her feels uncomfortable and unpleasant. For a building that advertises itself as ‘luxury rentals’, this level of service is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this, as it reflects poorly on the entire building.
Been living here for a year. Great community, great location and the building amenities are perfect for occassion/parties.
