  Stay away from this strata! They tried to charge us TWICE $1842 for a special levy! They received our bank draft payment for said amount on FEBRUARY 11.Tracking # RN 938 143 082 CA.Today on March 10 we received another demand for the same amount and the letter was dated February 10! The strata president told us in February that they won't be sending out receipts in the mail for anything. Obviously they don't have a problem sending multiple demands for payments in the mail. The best part is that the second demand for payment took exactly a month to get to us from the mailing date. What exactly is accounting doing there? They don't have time for processing payments but they have time double billing people! Best thing we've done this year was getting away from this crooked organization! Don't try anything, we have the copy of the bank draft!

  As a council member for our townhouse complex, I truly appreciate the services of Associa BC. The online portal TownSq is easy to use and be connected for residents convenience. Our Strata manager Vladimir is very friendly, helpful and responds to our queries real quick. Thanks Associa BC!

  I have been on council for a number of years and worked with different strata managers through Associa. And was extremely please when Vlad was reassigned to our building. He is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to any problems in our building. My hope is that we will have him as our strata manager for many years to come. Dianne H.

  Have worked with Associa for a number of years, and get prompt and accurate information. Our Strata is small, with approximately 21 townhouses and with a strong Council. Associa management has changed over the years, but each Manager has been efficient and on call 24/7. Do we have the odd glitch? Yes, and our Associa manager works with us to not alienate homeowners. The other staff will also jump in with information when needed. Associa also keeps up with technology and offers an online portal to check individual status, as well as offering information courses and government provincial changes to the Strata Act. I would recommend the company.

  Associa B.C. has managed our building, The Carmandy, for over 12 years, and our Strata Manager, Vladimir, has been excellent to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, and consistently responsive, which makes a real difference in day-to-day strata management. Vladimir communicates clearly, follows through on issues, and supports council with budgeting, maintenance, and compliance. His experience and steady approach give council and residents confidence that the building is well managed. We truly value the long-standing relationship with Associa B.C. and highly recommend both the company and Vladimir to other strata corporations.
