- ACArcher Green Strata CouncilApr 15, 20265.0I have served on various Strata Councils both at my previous property and here at Archer Green for about 15 years cumulatively. Throughout my terms I have always found myself quite frustrated with the quality of service rendered, whether it be due to a high workload or lack of interest. Taking the leap and terminating our previous company and moving our property management services to Associa was the best choice we could have possibly made! I have never worked with a Property Manager as responsive and caring about her properties as Michele Campbell. I am not sure if this email captures my appreciation of her services well enough, but 10/10.

- SMSam MMar 24, 20261.0I have emailed associa strata for about 7 times since last month regarding the smoke detector which kept on beeping ..and no response from them ever... Not sure why I wasted my time to email them ...cause they ignored me e completely... I fixed it myself already... If any of you shopping for strata management company... Please watch out this Associa .. non responsive strata... But they collect strata fees on time without fail ... This is a bad management company
