  I moved into this community recently, and it already feels like home. The building is beautifully finished and surrounded by peaceful mountain and orchard views. My suite is bright and modern, featuring top-quality appliances, air conditioning, and a spacious terrace. The view from my top-floor unit is breathtaking. The location is exceptional: just steps away from countless amenities, including restaurants, cafés, grocery options, pet services, wellness and fitness studios, medical conveniences, and much more. Everything I need is within a short walk, and the neighbourhood remains quiet, safe, and welcoming. The onsite gym is bright and airy with windows all around, the grounds are well-maintained, and the building has great lighting inside and out. Pets are warmly welcomed here, which was a big plus for me. But what truly sets this place apart is the resident manager, Cess. She is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring people you could hope to meet. From the moment I arrived, she has gone above and beyond, always available to help, always warm, always thoughtful. Not many places have a manager who greets you with a smile, remembers the little things, or leaves sweet holiday treats and notes at your door. Her kindness creates a sense of comfort and community that you don’t often find in large apartment complexes. If I ever needed to move away, I would still keep this suite as my Kelowna pied-à-terre — that’s how much I love living here. The only minor downside is that the water pressure could be stronger, but everything else more than makes up for it. A beautiful building, an unbeatable location, and a resident manager who truly cares. I plan to be here for a very long time.

  It's my first week living here and so far things are awesome. The buildings are modern and clean, with a large underground garage that is very easy to access. In the apartment, the included home appliances are quite easy to use, and the view over to the hills is a nice benefit. It is also very close to grocery areas, eateries, and public transit, making it quite the convenient spot. Shout out to the resident manager who always has the best answers when it comes to the various questions. Although, the noise from truck docking is quite significant in the morning, but closing the window helps a lot.

  I recently lived at Trio Apartments and while the neighborhood is beautiful and the apartments themselves are very nice, my experience was unfortunately ruined by the management team. They were consistently disrespectful, extremely slow to respond to emails (often taking weeks), and avoided addressing maintenance requests for months at a time. Basic communication and support for residents were practically nonexistent. It’s disappointing, because the property has so much potential, but the lack of professionalism and care from management made living here frustrating and stressful.

  We have been living at Trio for the past 4 months and it is an amazing place to live! The building manager, Cess, is so polite, kind, friendly, and proactive. Whenever we have any issues, we know we can count on her to help us, she is honestly the best! The apartments themselves are also beautiful and have good appliances, patios, and they are spacious. There is also a gym which is always clean, and the location of the apartment cannot be beat - it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here.

  We’ve lived at Trio for four years, and I can honestly say Cess is the best property manager we’ve had here. She’s an absolute rockstar in the Trio community — proactive, friendly, and always approachable. Cess goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy and well looked after. She’s attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. Her dedication and extra-mile attitude make a huge difference in our building. Kudos to Cess for everything she does!
