  After living here for a few months, I wanted to update my review with a bit more perspective. The location remains exceptional — steps from restaurants, cafés, grocery options, pet services, wellness studios, and everyday conveniences, while still feeling quiet, safe, and welcoming. My suite is bright and modern, featuring air conditioning, a spacious terrace, and a stunning top-floor view that I enjoy daily. The onsite gym is modern, well-equipped, and surrounded by windows that provide plenty of natural light. The building is pet-friendly, which was an important factor for me. The resident manager, Cess, is welcoming, and her kindness contributes to a sense of community you don’t often find in larger apartment complexes. I feel the overall experience has been very positive, though there are a couple of practical areas that could be improved. The water pressure in my unit has been an ongoing issue and would benefit from a more permanent solution. In addition, shared-space cleanliness could be maintained more consistently to better reflect the standard this community aims for. Overall, this is a comfortable place to live in a great location, with many positives. With more consistent attention to these details, it has the potential to be even better.

  It's my first week living here and so far things are awesome. The buildings are modern and clean, with a large underground garage that is very easy to access. In the apartment, the included home appliances are quite easy to use, and the view over to the hills is a nice benefit. It is also very close to grocery areas, eateries, and public transit, making it quite the convenient spot. Shout out to the resident manager who always has the best answers when it comes to the various questions. Although, the noise from truck docking is quite significant in the morning, but closing the window helps a lot.

  I recently lived at Trio Apartments and while the neighborhood is beautiful and the apartments themselves are very nice, my experience was unfortunately ruined by the management team. They were consistently disrespectful, extremely slow to respond to emails (often taking weeks), and avoided addressing maintenance requests for months at a time. Basic communication and support for residents were practically nonexistent. It’s disappointing, because the property has so much potential, but the lack of professionalism and care from management made living here frustrating and stressful.

  We have been living at Trio for the past 4 months and it is an amazing place to live! The building manager, Cess, is so polite, kind, friendly, and proactive. Whenever we have any issues, we know we can count on her to help us, she is honestly the best! The apartments themselves are also beautiful and have good appliances, patios, and they are spacious. There is also a gym which is always clean, and the location of the apartment cannot be beat - it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here.

  We’ve lived at Trio for four years, and I can honestly say Cess is the best property manager we’ve had here. She’s an absolute rockstar in the Trio community — proactive, friendly, and always approachable. Cess goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy and well looked after. She’s attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. Her dedication and extra-mile attitude make a huge difference in our building. Kudos to Cess for everything she does!
