  I have been here for 2 weeks now, and I have to say it has been great since I first looked at it. From the lady who showed us the property to the manager and all the people who live here. Friendly, helpful, kind. .The building is quiet, and kept clean! Very happy with the move!!

  Cess is a fantastic resident manager! She is so lovely to interact with and has a way of making everyone feel looked after. Whether it’s a small request or a larger need, she handles everything with such care and grace. We feel very lucky to have someone so dependable and kind running things here.

  I lived in Trio for almost 5 years. It’s such a convenient location close to the Save on and shoppers, as well as a few restaurants.The team that manage the building are so helpful. The building also has a gym. Highly recommend.

  Amazing place to live with outstanding management! I’ve been living at TRIO Apartments for some time now (in building 337), and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and modern and the views from my unit are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. What truly makes TRIO special is the management, especially Cess Castillo. She is incredibly genuine, friendly, and always willing to help. From day to day questions to any concerns I’ve had, Cess responds quickly and handles everything with professionalism and care. It really feels like she goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I highly recommend TRIO Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to live and if you get the chance to work with Cess, you’ll see how much she contributes to making this community great.
