  It is important to have a good working relationship with the company that you chose to work with for the operation of your strata. The partnership between the team assigned to your strata must be strong. Built around mutual respect. I have found this with Associa. In all the partners that I work with, I have found nothing but support. Individuals that are there to help and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. When a problem happens (we are only human), they are resolved as quickly as possible. The knowledge of the Associa team is great. If you need something researched, they will find your answers. Helping to solve any issue that the council has no matter the topic. As President of Barkerville II, I would recommend Associa to anyone who asks and I have to many. I'm extremely happy with the support from Vlad (my community manager) Mandeep (my strata accountant) both who I have the pleasure of dealing with all most everyday.   Laszlo, I just have to take a minute and thank you for the recent seminar about conflicts of interest in strata environments. It was very well done - very informative, had a nice straightforward delivery, started on time and was presented in layman’s language by an experienced lawyer. Thank you.

  Associa has made my first time moving into a strata complex very frustrating. Their communication is terrible. It was very difficult to find out simple things like parking spot, storage locker and how to pay fees. The only thing they were quick with was charging me interest.
