Associated Property Management

Associated Property Management is fully licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia, maintains audited trust accounts, utilizes the Yardi Professional Property Management software, and is insured in excess of the BC Real Estate Service Act requirements. We are a TEAM that continues to grow and presently consist of 23+ licensed Property and Strata managers supported by six accounting personnel, a receptionist, and have access to an in-house Chartered Accountant. As well, our Chartered Accounting firm provides the BC Real Estate Council with our trust account audit reports as required under the Real Estate Services Act.
