  2011. Wednesday 6:30 am. Woke up to a blown water heater. Water in kitchen about 2 inches deep all the way in living room. Called Maintenance they came over asap. Got things going, drained water heater and put a new one in. They called the carpet guy he came over at 12:00pm to suck the water out of carpet. It was taken care of very quickly. Thank you.

  Been living here for nearly 2 yrs, i’d say it’s a good place to stay, the management is nice, maintenance helps out a lot too. they have little community get togethers for food and all. it’s a quiet community, everyone minds their own business.

  OMG!!!!!! The faucet broke as I was washing my dishes!! Water shot out everywhere all over my ceiling, on the floor AND my just cleaned dishes. I was so frustrated and shocked this happened. I called the office to make a maintenance request and they came within a few hours. Eden came and looked at the faucet, told me how it can be repaired and tried different options to make it work. After a few tries it was determined I needed a new faucet and he did just that! Not only did he fix my faucet but some other issue the line to the faucet had. He was diligent, precise, and informative. He always has a smile and communicates what needs to be done. Not all maintenance is created equally!! I said all to say - I know I can trust his work and the apartments have a gem!!! Thanks Eden Garci!!

  Something in my apartment wasn't working correctly, so I made a maintenance request and shortly after, they fulfilled their obligation to come to my apartment and check it out. Eden Garcia was very helpful and very informative on how he can fix it, and he worked hard to make sure it worked fine after a few trips back and forth to find the right part. I am so thankful for dedicated workers and this guy definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work. Thank you, Eden 100/5 ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

  I’m currently looking for an apartment on the north side of town, as it would be convenient for my work commute. I decided to tour the Verde apartments location, I was very interested in the area, having a Trader Joe’s nearby and the gym across the street is a huge plus! The pictures of the apartments, gym and laundry room did not disappoint, I especially liked the CrossFit style equipment and rock climbing wall, I’ve not seen that in the other apartments I’ve toured. Also, the staff is super friendly and they were all helpful, letting me know about different events that happen nearby, like the market on the Rillito river. I definitely liked the model of the apartments I was shown, I feel confident in renting here; knowing that the staff that lives there takes pride in their home is very helpful in my decision making! I look forward to renting in the Fall for the upcoming school semester.
