  The inside shower door is falling off which is very dangerous. Both toilets have feces oozing out of the caulking which could probably be corrected by replacing the toilet "O" rings for both toilets. All of the cabinets have contact paper that is peeling off. Caulking around the kitchen sink has some black substance forming on it. This is very disappointing for these things to be happening within the first month of my tenancy here and the cost of my apartment. However, I do like the convenience of my parking spot in relation to my apartment, the mailbox and the leasing office. Also the office staff and the maintenance crew are very friendly and nice to work with.

  I have to say I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed at this moment. Things have been going great with this property the maintenance requests are always handled quickly and professionally. However today we had an experience that has extremely effected our view of the property management team. I am a stay at home mother. I wash my kids clothes by hand when they have an accident my newborn leaked in his brand new clothes that his grandma just purchased days ago. So I hand washed and let the sun bleach the stains. We saw maintenance and a management member in our area and then suddenly our babies clothes were thrown away. Didn’t bother to ask us if it was ours, they should know we are the only apartment with Kids on that side of the building. In the same area there is trash daily, actual trash. Not visibly hand washed baby clothes yet they decided to throw away our babies clothes and leave the actual trash. My husband went into the office to ask about it & the team didn’t even apologize only Mentioned that things outside of the apartments are to be thrown again but as I said there is still trash they only threw away our clothes.Very unprofessional considering the constant trash in our areas that we have complained about since it is a safety hazard yet it isn’t taken care of.
