  Renters beware. I had a service technician go to my house, I thought it was a little sketchy that they are fine with me not being there as I gave them permission to enter. I believe they stole something from my home, I left a brownie in the porcelain throne and when I came home, it was gone. Suspicious? Yes. I need a manager to contact me ASAP for this thief

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Progress Residential. I have been dealing with a simple lease transfer and name change since January, and the level of miscommunication and delay has been beyond frustrating. My daughter legally changed her name, and we requested a lease addendum reflecting that change on February 13. Since then, it has been nothing but back-and-forth, repeated phone calls, and waiting with no clear updates. I have followed every required step on my end promptly. The delays have been entirely on their side. After calling daily for the past 12 days just to get an update, the document was finally sent — but only to one of the four leaseholders, forcing us to call yet again to have it corrected and resent. This process should not take months, especially for something as straightforward as a legal name update. The lack of internal communication and urgency is concerning. Tenants should not have to chase down basic paperwork that should have been sent weeks ago. I am hoping this review prompts someone to finally provide clear communication and resolve this matter properly.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Progress Residential — and especially Joan — has been extremely positive. Communication has been clear and timely, and any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Most recently, new flooring was installed, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Joan kept me informed, followed up, and genuinely cared that everything was done right. It’s refreshing to work with a leasing team that is both responsive and kind. I truly appreciate the support from Joan and the Tucson team.

  Terrible company they scam out of the application fee and refuse to respond or help fix an issue so they cancel it without letting you know then blame you and keep the fee even tho THEY cancelled it not you.

  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY MAKE TOH PAY THE APPLICATION FEE THEN CANCEL YOUR APPLICATION BC OF THEIR ERROR AND WONT REFUND A FEE. NOT DENIED BUT CANCELLED BY THEM AND THEY KEEP ANY MONEY SENT.
