  As a current resident of presidio palms I must say that staff goes above the norm to make sure that the residence are in the know. Any additional cost are put up front and made know to residents and potential residents they cater to the well being of their community by having breakfasts and event for occupants to know who their neighbors are and the amenities are kept nice and clean. One flaw is the noise you receive from the highway but it is very withstand-able.

  I just moved to Tucson and I feel so lucky to have discovered this place. It has 24/7 gym access, fresh coffee everyday for the residents, and an amazing pool. The workers here are all so professional and nice. Any questions or if you need assistance with something and they get back to you right away. Best decision that I’ve made was moving here. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I have been living at Presidio Palms Apartments for nearly two years. We've had a wonderful experience; the community feels very safe, and the management team is very kind, understanding, and easy to reach. They even provide thoughtful treats for residents on different occasions. It is a beautiful, scenic place to live!

  This apartment complex is very good at impressing you the first few weeks after that they don’t care what happens to you Be aware that they have a clause in their lease where if you or someone else called the police and there’s a police report you get your first eviction notice 10 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED The second time that you call the police on someone or they call the police on you you’re out in three days. Does that sound fair to you? THEY IGNORED ME WHILE I WAS BEING HARASSED BY A TENANT WHO IS ON SECTION 8 FOR $200 A MONTH FOR AN APARTMENT THREE TIMES A SIZE AS ANYBODY ELSE’S APARTMENT BECAUSE THE OFFICE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT I WAS HARASSED FOR ANOTHER THREE MONTHS WITH THE THREAT OF BEING ARRESTED AFTER DEFAMING ME AND TRAUMATIZING ME BECAUSE SHE’S ON SECTION 8 AND SHE KNEW THAT SHE COULD NOT GET MOVED OUT FOR AT LEAST A YEAR BECAUSE OF THAT SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT SHE PRETENDED TO BE SUCH A GOOD PERSON AND THEN JUDI ENABLED HER TO SCAM ME NOW I’M HOMELESS AND HAVE BEEN FOR NINE MONTHS. I’M ON A FIXED INCOME. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. SO I WAS A SITTING DUCK NOT LEAVING MY HOUSE FOR THREE MONTHS BECAUSE THIS WOMAN GOT AN EVICTION NOTICE, BUT THEY NEVER EVICTED HER (Section 8 ) AND NEVER MOVED HER AWAY FROM ME Even though she was only 20 feet from me, I could not leave the house without her stalking me and then trying to blame me. BE WEARY ALL THIS PERSON HAD TO DO WAS CALL THE POLICE ONE MORE TIME AND ONLY I WOULD BE OUT. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GONNA DO IT AT THE OFFICE IGNORED ME. The police report clearly stated that this girl was trying to have me arrested for no reason, and the police report also says that she was insisting on arresting me and they asked me what she might have against me. Judi didn’t listen to any of it. She ignored all of my emails. I WAS A VERY GOOD TENANT VERY NICE AND SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE I GOT INTO A PLAYGROUND FIGHTING IN MIDDLE SCHOOL. THIS WOMAN HAS NO BUSINESS IN THE PEOPLE BUSINESS FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN I WENT INTO THE OFFICE, CLOSED THE DOOR RAISED MY VOICE DEMANDING TO SEE A MANAGEMENT IN FIVE MINUTES LATER I GOT AN EVICTION NOTICE. BE CAREFUL. IN FIVE MINUTES AFTER ASKING FOR TO SEE THE UPPER MANAGEMENT UPPER MANAGEMENT EMAILED ME AND SAID I’M GETTING EVICTED FOR VERBAL ABUSE EVEN THOUGH ALL I DID WAS ASK HER TO SEE UPPER MANAGEMENT WHICH I NEVER DID THEY TOOK ME TO COURT FOR EVICTION. THEY BULLIED ME AND LIED IN COURT AND HAD NO RECORD OF ANY OF THE EMAILS THAT I PROVIDED ASKING FOR HELP AND PROTECTION. I provided their lawyer with 50 pages of evidence and when he got to court, he lied and said he never received it. I’VE NEVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED IN MY LIFE JUDI IS THE WORST. I’VE SEEN HER KICK PEOPLE OUT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE MORE THAN I’VE SEEN THEM RENTING. JUST BE CAREFUL READ YOUR LEASE BECAUSE IF SOMEBODY DECIDES THAT THEY WANNA CALL THE POLICE ON YOU AND HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE ? YOU’RE OUT THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOU. THEY ADMIT THAT THEY DON’T GET INVOLVED IN ANYTHING. DO YOU REALLY WANT A MANAGER WHO DOESN’T EVEN WANNA HEAR what may have happened? NO IT ALL ENDS AS SOON AS YOU SIGN THAT LEASE. GOOD LUCK.

  We are extremely disappointed with how Presidio Palms handled my father’s move out and security deposit. My father is a retired disabled military veteran, and I hold Power of Attorney and handled all communications. Management requested that we return the keys in December 2025 after maintenance was completed. We complied, and from that point forward, management had possession of the apartment. My father no longer had access. The lease officially ended in February 2026. A refund check for $380 was issued with $120 withheld and no written itemization provided. After not receiving the check, we followed up. The envelope was postmarked the same day we contacted them, suggesting it may not have been mailed until after our follow up. When we asked about the $120 deduction, we were initially told it was for cleaning. During that same call, staff placed us on hold and returned stating the deduction was made in error and the remaining deposit would be refunded. We were told a manager would call back. No call came. When we followed up again, we were given a completely different explanation citing damages and cleaning. During a later in person visit, management referenced photos taken months after they had possession of the apartment. To date, no written itemized explanation has been provided and the remaining deposit has not been refunded. This experience has involved inconsistent communication, lack of transparency, and poor follow through. Based on how this was handled, we are concerned this may not be an isolated situation. We hope management reviews this situation and improves how they handle residents, particularly when dealing with move outs and security deposits.
