  Rose gave us a tour and she is absolutely phenomenal!!! Literally such a sweet and hardworking lady. She answered all of our questions & you can tell she’s so knowledgeable and really cares about the future/current residents!

  I've been living here for just over a year. I really enjoy it. The area is quiet, safe, clean, and the staff are great. I first toured with Rose and she felt me feel relaxed and at home.

  Truly Lo❤️ed our tour here with Rose she is a phenomenal person…….. From the start she was extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable … Because of Rose her persistence on the phone she would not let me go she was blowing my mind. She was asking a lot of questions. I was just thinking how exhausting it was going to be to look at another apartment. We decided okay that we would take a look at the property. It’s not easy looking for an apartment after having a home. Rose went over and beyond she took us to several units and was extremely accommodating to help make it easy as possible for my 95 year old husband. Boy oh Boy did she try her best to go around loops just to help include him to just look at an apartment. I was very appreciative for her encouragement and help beyond what I would expect out of someone working in the office. Also i never came across a more professional person when she packaged all the paperwork together with a file truly a file most representatives just hand you the paperwork. I was totally impressed made me feel really important and that she truly cared about our wellbeing. Thank You Rose for such a long lasting experience your truly a Gem 💎

  Ive been living here for almost a year now, with nothing but amazing things to say about this complex! Management is always on top of requests, activities, and firm about community rules. The landscape is so pretty here. Clean and beautiful well taken care of. Maintenance is always on top of things whenever a repair request is needed, such hard working workers here!! The amenities such as the pool, gym, clubhouse etc. is always in clean and in usable conditions🤩 Thank you Olivia & Rose for giving us such a amazing experience here at this complex and Olivia for being such a wonderful property manager.

  This review is coming from a tenant that has lived in this complex for 8 1/2 years. Life here was great and the front office has always been great aside from the past 30 days. We recently bought a home & broke our lease; Paid $2,100 + $4,400 for a lease termination fee. That’s fine & dandy. We were told during our pre move out inspection that everything looks okay & we did NOT have to paint the home as they use DIFFERENT color codes in their updated apartments. Now they are trying to charge me $800 for a FULL repaint of the apartment which is unfair as the end of life for paint is 3-5 years. Given, one of the rooms was re-painted the wrong color; I can acknowledge that. Now for the real kicker. $1,466.36 for a WHIRLPOOL fridge that is fully operational aside from the cheap button face that was rubbed off (it’s 8 1/2 years old) from general use. The cooling works in both the freezer and the fridge as well as the ice machine , doors & water output. Point being. Rent from this place if you’d like to have a nice, safe complex that will only screw you over in the end after giving them dozens of thousands of dollars and assurance that everything will be okay when you move out.
