  Not bad. Was cheap. Lots of bugs. Oh, and if you don't tell maintenance to fix things before You move out the nickel and dime you afterwards.

  Looks pretty on the outside but has severe problems.. For around $900 a month, you get roaches, your water getting shut off twice a month, also trying to get hot water takes a long time, a laundry room with broken machines and a card you have to get to put money on at the main office, which if closed, you're out of luck.. The complex has some elevators to help you out instead of carrying things up stairs, but unfortunately not all parts have elevators, including mine which sucks.. When you need maintenance, it takes very long time to get anyone to come to the apartment, and you'll often have to repeatedly ask. Some people complain about mold, but luckily I haven't dealt with that yet. The parking itself can be tough, you'll be lucky to get a spot if you don't pay for the special parking spots, so getting off work around 8pm leaves me parking nearby the apartments unfortunately.. Why 2 stars when it sucks so much and you can do better? Well it's got security, the apartment complex looks nice, the rooms aren't horrible, the issues are though, it's also close to lots of locations including Fry's foods and pharmacy which is convenient. I wouldn't recommend this place when there is better alternatives for the same price.

  When we started our apartment search we didn't want to settle on the first place we saw, Desiree was so great showing us the units, and explaining costs and fees - when we decided to apply and went through the process, she was there every step of the way. The front office staff is efficient and courteous, they communicate as much as possible with residents about repairs, outages, etc. and always have smiles on when you walk into the office. Due to the cold, pipes were busting all over the complex and staff were immediately on top of the problems, and communicated at all times with the community. Today was the first time I had maintenance come by (our AC vent was POURING water out when it stopped!) the two gentlemen were prompt and professional, moreso they were extremely personable and felt like very handy guests in our home. They fixed the problem within 20 minutes, showed us every step of the problem and solution, and held some awesome conversation about Dragon Ball Z. All-in-all, like any affordable apartment complex in Tucson there are some problems here and there, but the staff isn't one of them! The kindness and approachability has been amazing for our neurodivergent family, I highly recommend at least coming by for a tour!

  Recently Moved in. Office has communicated effectively when appropriate and neighbors seem friendly. Nothings perfect, but better than you would expect comparing pricing of local apartments vs actual living conditions.
