  I lived here from Septeber 2022 to August 2023. Initially when I moved out, I didn't even think of writing a review for this place. However, I am going to write one now. This review serves as a WARNING! Get this: I just got a notice from Alduous & Associates about a 🐂💩 "outstanding balance" that I didn't pay upon moving out. They informed me that I needed to pay them more money, YEARS AFTER I MOVED OUT. As I write this review, it's Jaunary 2026. The "outstanding balance" was a complete lie. The debt collector on the phone was a rude jerk. He was a nasty person on the phone. The day I moved out of this place was August 24th, 2023. I handed in my keys, made sure all my balance was paid, and even waited for the office to inspect my apartment, which I left in flawless condition. It was clean and free of damage. I even asked them if I had any balance left, and they said no. I moved on with the knowledge that I left Verde Apartments in good standing with no debt. Then, YEARS LATER, I get contacted about a balance. This place is ridiculous and they just wanted to take money from me. 3 weeks before I moved out, in early August 2023, my air conditioner quit working. I put in several mantenance requests because it was still summertime in Tucson. Guess what? The requests went completely unanswered. I was even asked and then told, "You're moving out soon, right? Just be patient." This meant they didn't care and had no interest in fixing my AC until after I moved out. So I had to suffer in a hot apartment for my last 3 weeks there. My apartment had a roach problem while I lived there. I was able to get rid of the roaches myself by getting traps, roach spray, keeping my place completely spotless and free of any crumbs, and plugging the kitchen sink, tub and bathroom sink drains. But it was still gross to see roaches crawling around when I had them. This place frequently changes management companies. They did so during the time I lived there and they have again several times since I left. Each management company is WORSE than the last. When I lived there, the front office employees were constantly on their phones not doing any work. They would ignore me when I came in the office until I said something to get their attention. The only positive thing about this place was some of the people I met there were nice neighbors. Other than that, I had a TERRIBLE experience. I hope I can forget about this place now, without them lying saying I "owe them money" again.

  I wasn’t expecting anything as I typically try not to, but they were very good to me. And I had some otherworldly experiences when I lived here. Tonight I’ll light a candle for the memories first and foremost, but the lovely associates, and the beautiful location that put me where I needed to be and I assure you the positive experience, although life altering and confusing at times, won’t ever leave my mind heart soul. Many thanks for allowing me to be myself.

  If any new people want to move in to Verde apartments they are very bad company and they're not very good people

  The staff are friendly and professional. They really bring the Community together by initiating cool events! The grounds are always very clean! The environment is pretty calm and quiet. And I love the Dog Park! I look forward to getting in shape in our nice Peleton Room, and enjoy cooling off after every workout in the sparkling pool calling my name!!!!
