After suffering through an inept realtor for 6 months, we decided not to renew his contract and a friend put us in touch with Jenna. It was the best connection we could have made. We were selling our parents home after the death of my father. My brother lives out of the country, and I live out of state. This was not going to be easy! But Jenna made it seamless. She listened to what we needed as sellers and did the market research to provide us with data-driven advice on selling price to meet our needs (quick sale). She gave us options – don’t want to fix anything put it on the market at x, do these few things and it will sell quickly at y. When problems came up, she always provided us with suggested solutions. She took care of everything for us. Really went above and beyond. And the house sold quickly. She is totally professional, smart, and really knows the market and the industry.
