Upon contacting your office, I was informed that the denial was due to one of my dogs being a Manchester Terrier mix. I explained during the call that the Manchester Terrier, or any mix of it, is not listed among their stated breed restrictions. The representative responded that “all Terriers are the same breed” and indicated that nothing could be done. I request clarification regarding this decision, as it based on a misunderstanding of dog breeds.
