- SHSage HigbeeJul 2, 20255.0My experience at Presidio Palms was lovely! The community is incredibly welcoming, and it's just a very peaceful and quiet place to live. As a young, female college student- safety was my #1 priority and concern. My personal experience has been that I have always felt safe at Presidio. The leasing, maintenance, and security team are always watching out for the residents. Also the pool is big and clean, the gym is amazing, and the mail system is easy to access and pick up packages. I lived there from the time construction was going on to the time it was mostly completed. They followed through on every promise or deadline they made. I really appreciated that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to live. I will miss living here.

The staff are amazing as well and always looking for ways to improve the facility. Annahi in particular has been incredibly helpful. She helped me with my move-in process and also with a maintenance issue I had my first few weeks moving in. She is organized, friendly, great with communication, and efficient. I’d definitely trust her with handling any situation that could possibly arise here.

To sum up my experience, I just don't want to leave. The leasing office staff are super nice, you have free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and sometimes treats pop up near the coffee bar! And not to mention the WiFi, is fast fast fast 🙏. I pay 1114$ which includes my studio apt rent, utilities and WiFi. When I first came to ask about rent, I couldn't believe WiFi was included, I had to ask multiple times 😆. Theres a bus stop right out front and it's pretty close to downtown. I know from experience no other apt complex in this area gives you these luxuries at such an affordable price.
