  Despite the issues I experienced with billing and account access, I want to recognize Judith for her help and assistance. She was professional, patient, and genuinely tried to help resolve the situation. Her communication was clear, respectful, and supportive during a very stressful time. Judith took the time to listen, explain what she could, and guide me through the process instead of dismissing my concerns. Having someone who actually cares and treats residents with respect makes a big difference, and she truly stood out. While the system and management processes need improvement, Judith’s professionalism and effort made the situation much easier to deal with. She represents the kind of service tenants should receive. Thank you, Judith, for your help and support — it was genuinely appreciated.

  I love this place. The staff is awesome and the community is wonderful. Our dog has a ton of buddies to play with and the pool is HUGE! 10/10 recommend if youre looking for a dope spot to live with reasonable rent.

  Es mi segundo año aquí pues renovamos el alquiler pues nos hemos sentido muy bien en el condominio.Excelentes condiciones en los apartamentos, todo nuevo y si presentas algún inconveniente llamas y de inmediato acuden a resolver y ayudar.Es muy tranquilo ,acogedor y te sientes como en un hotel.Muy limpias las áreas comunes siempre y el personal de servicio es muy profesional y excelente trato, es destacable Anahí siempre tan linda con todos Me gusta mucho que tiene la lavadora y secadora dentro del departamento y cuenta con microondas ,cocina con 4 hornillas de inducción y horno grande. Está muy bien ubicado y muy seguro ,un gimnasio muy bien equipado y la piscina con parrillas alrededor. Contamos además con buzón de correo y sala de computación. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Disfruto mucho mi estancia ya por más de un año y lo recomiendo si desea un lugar tranquilo y con todas las comodidades que necesitamos en el día a día.Hoy participamos en un agasajo a los que vivimos aquí y se ha disfrutado de música de un discjake y delicias gastronómicas ,margaritas y cervezas para celebrar la navidad entre los vecinos.Gracias Presidio Palms por ser un hogar para nosotros
