- SRSnow ReynaFeb 11, 20264.0When we started our apartment search we didn't want to settle on the first place we saw, Desiree was so great showing us the units, and explaining costs and fees - when we decided to apply and went through the process, she was there every step of the way. The front office staff is efficient and courteous, they communicate as much as possible with residents about repairs, outages, etc. and always have smiles on when you walk into the office. Due to the cold, pipes were busting all over the complex and staff were immediately on top of the problems, and communicated at all times with the community. Today was the first time I had maintenance come by (our AC vent was POURING water out when it stopped!) the two gentlemen were prompt and professional, moreso they were extremely personable and felt like very handy guests in our home. They fixed the problem within 20 minutes, showed us every step of the problem and solution, and held some awesome conversation about Dragon Ball Z. All-in-all, like any affordable apartment complex in Tucson there are some problems here and there, but the staff isn't one of them! The kindness and approachability has been amazing for our neurodivergent family, I highly recommend at least coming by for a tour!

Lisandro answer all of the questions I had about the complex, answered the many emails I sent with more questions quickly, and was very communicative about the state of my application! All in all, a very fast move turned into a smooth transition! Thank you!
- GDG DNov 5, 20252.0They shut off the water for "repairs" almost once a week. The amount of emails apologizing for water shutoff i have received is absurd. Get new plumbers or something. its not an "unforseen emergency" if it happens thrice a month, EVERY month lol
