- TCTiffany CastroNov 4, 20255.0Beautiful property with amazing amenities! You're literally steps from UofA campus and Maingate. I love the two-story gym, pool, sauna, and yoga study. Plus the staff/maintenance team are elite. They are so friendly and you can tell they care about their residents!

Apartments are standard and nothing special but teh building is top notch. Also, very expensive, approx $1400 per person per month.
