- MRMarissa RodriguezDec 22, 20251.0I would strongly advise against living here. Management appears to look for any opportunity to issue complaints or charge additional fees, even for minor or unreasonable matters (for example, being cited for leaving a broom outside). Ongoing maintenance issues are frequent and serious—our countertop began lifting due to water damage, a ceiling fan detached and fell, and a leaking bathtub caused damage to the unit below. Additionally, we experienced a significant cockroach infestation despite maintaining the apartment in a thoroughly clean condition. Overall, the recurring problems and excessive charges made this an extremely frustrating and costly living experience. Since we’ve moved out they are now trying to charge us for everything that we’ve been complaining about when we lived there .. absolutely ridiculous.

I had help with the moving-in process from both Santana & Mykayla and they both went above and beyond. An issue came up with one of my A/C units and it was taken care of immediately. Anyone I have met, while walking my little dog on the beautiful grounds, has been quick to introduce themselves (and their fur baby) and I’ve been made to feel welcome.
