- GAGlynna AllenSep 16, 20255.0I’m a new resident at La Hacienda Apts and am very happy at my new home. I had help with the moving-in process from both Santana & Mykayla and they both went above and beyond. An issue came up with one of my A/C units and it was taken care of immediately. Anyone I have met, while walking my little dog on the beautiful grounds, has been quick to introduce themselves (and their fur baby) and I’ve been made to feel welcome.

And they took property from off my deck, no notice. My neighbor had to tell me who took it. They said it didn't belong. I was pickling a jar of limes in the sun. They didn't come to me and ask me to bring it in, they just took it. And the property manager was very dismissive of how I felt about it. No, I do not recommend this place, if you want to be happy. Also, there was a roach problem in my building that I don't know if it was completely addressed.

The office will tow your car, no warning, even if it is parked in an unreserved, normal, parking spot. I have had maintenance people enter my apartment without my permission while I was out of town. There is a problem with roaches, ants, and mice in every building, even after pest control.
