  The new maintenance man at the Icon on Pima has been wonderful! He is always working very hard and is very efficient at his job.

  I am very grateful to the maintenance man Jesus that has been filling in at the Icon on East Pima Street. He makes sure that everyone's needs are met and goes above and beyond to do his job and do it right the first time. I am disappointed that he will be leaving now that the Icon has filled the position since the other maintenance person had left. I was really hoping that the Icon would keep Jesus employed at the East Pima Street site since he has done such a wonderful job and is a very kind person.

  The first year was a little bit of a roller coaster but it had nothing to do with the staff it was some of the tenants messing with my kids but ones they knew my kids had a mother to defend them everything has been great we have been here two years now and don't plan on moving anywhere until we buy a house the staff is great especially Summer and Art the are always onto off everything from your bathroom clogging to organizing community events

  This place pays no attention to who they hire the last manger was a complete jerk but I am accepting this one to be at least a little bit better
