  ZERO stars. Worst apartment complex in Tucson. The management team is AWFUL the new owners are so cheap they won’t pay for an actual company to fix anything. They have 1 poor maintenance man who tries his best to take care of the property but the office staff and management are ugly and rude ! This place is INFESTED with roaches every single unit and there’s black mold in the ceilings they are aware of but send their tios in to “get a quote”. No company just some random man with no company logo just his self. Worst place to be at , never rent here.

  Shyann, has been very helpful with everything. She is a awesome person. She take my brother and I a tour of the apartments.made sure she has answer all are questions. She has gone over beyond on helping us get everything set up.To get him moved in ok.I thank you so much.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. After 2 years of living here they got bought out by a new management and let me tell you…. Once they changed management this place went down hill with everything. They have no one doing maintenance (I’ve put in several work orders for the same thing and it’s been months). There’s always roaches even with someone who comes every other week to spray. The pool is always dirty so no one can ever swim in it. It’s a ‘gated community’ but the gates are broken at least half the time. The front desk people never know what’s going on and are so rude even though it’s their JOB to help us out. Every month we have to pay through a new portal because they are testing out different payment methods that never work and then we get charged a late fee for the portal not working (unless we physically go down to the office and complain then they will waive the fee). I would pick a different apartment but unfortunately we are on a lease that hasn’t expired fast enough.
