  From the moment I first met Samar, I was welcomed with the biggest, warmest smile. She is incredibly friendly and genuinely makes you feel at home right away. Even though I’ve only lived here for three months, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. One of the highlights was getting to celebrate a special holiday event at the apartment community. We enjoyed hot chocolate, fresh-baked cookies, took pictures, and had the chance to meet our neighbors. It was such a thoughtful and wonderful way to bring everyone together. Any time I’ve had an issue with my apartment, Samar has taken care of it promptly and professionally. She truly goes above and beyond for her tenants, and I can’t begin to express how thankful I am. She is, without a doubt, one of the best apartments manager’s I’ve ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️good luck with everything Samar Abi-Aad☺️

  Samar the manager was very kind and professional. The maintenance technician was also very nice too.

  I’ve been here 4+ years, its amazing Community here everyone has each other’s backs, but management is hit and miss, and it sucks when you feel like their not listening to your complaints it feels like you’re talking to a wall, but ever since summer showed up, I don’t feel like I’m being dismissed, she gets things done with the cards that she given and more, she amazing.

  I have lived here for 9 years. The property has changed hands multiple times. There have been multiple property managers and I must say that Summer is the best yet. She is always pleasant, ready to help and has great follow through. This is an old property with numerous maintenance issues that she always addresses immediately. She's a keeper.

  I really love living at Icon Apartments on Wilmot! The property is clean and taken care of, and it’s quiet and peaceful — such a nice change from how the property was under previous management. Samar, the property manager, is amazing! She’s always friendly, helpful, and really cares about the residents. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s a great place to live — clean, calm, and managed by someone who truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
