  Muy Buena Atención en la oficina nos atendieron muy bien y aclararon todas nuestras dudas! Nos atendió la Señora Cinthya en todo momento muy amable y ayudándonos en todo lo posible. Estamos muy feliz de quedarnos ahí, muy limpio y cómodo.

  All of the ladies in the office made the move in a breeze especially since it was right before Christmas, they were still so accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed. They have been so helpful in addressing any concerns or questions as well. The maintenance team is amazing! Of course upon move in, There’s a few odds and ends things but they were so kind. The dishwasher needed to be replaced and they had a new dishwasher up to our apartment and began install within 10 minutes of first contact for this maintenance request. Nate, Jesus, and Drew are the maintenance guys that we’ve had interactions with so far and really grateful to call this place home!

  My daughter lives in these art's and she likes it just fine. I visit her often and always find the landscaping and grounds we'll maintained.

  Gonna go ahead and air this place out. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. So let's begin with the fact this place used to charge many utilities at a flat rate. Now they don't, ok fine. But what the hell is sewer 2??? Sewer 1 was so good they dropped Sewer 2 in the new DLC?? Fine. What's common area gas and electric?? And storm water drainage too? They recently added this conservice stuff too just to add another utility on. Now let's talk a little about maintenance and upkeep. The apartments feel like they're stuck together with gum and glue sticks sometimes. The towel racks/holders in the restrooms are molded on, not screwed in or bolted on. If you put more than 3 pounds on there bye bye. The door stoppers pop off with just a nudge. The windows aren't sealed well so your AC is going to put up numbers on your electricity bill. The stoves are sorry pieces of equipment too. Some of the burners don't work or they might start emitting an odd smelling, white smoke when you turn them on. One apartment I lived in (we moved to another because it wasn't so bad at that point in time), had outlet issues. They sent inexperienced, non-electrician maintenance men to come fix it. We went from one burnt out outlet to about 4. Makes you not want to call maintenance if they're just going to keep breaking stuff. Gym isn't stocked with towels to wipe down equipment as regularly as it should be. For a while someone was stealing gym equipment and it took the office a year to replace it. The cherry on top of it all is the advertising of 2 pools and a jacuzzi. One pool is NEVER operational and the gate to it is always locked. This one specifically pissed me off because when I moved to the apartment closer to the second pool I was excited to just have a short walk to a pool, but noooooo. And the jacuzzi is under maintenance half the time. This place used to be okay, but "sewer 2" has me pissed. The only thing going for it now is the convenient location, but that's not enough to justify raising costs, poor maintenance, and poor facilities. This place needs to do better. I will be moving out within a year.

  Relocating from Seattle, Washington to Vaile Arizona for five months has to Val, quite an adventure. I was looking for a nice place to stay for a year or two until I find a new home and what better place and Center-point luxury apartment homes. I was fixated on staying at dominion across the street until I discovered Center-point and wow, it been a blessing !!! I walked in unannounced and very inquisitive until I met Cynthia Felix. I’ve been a part of big companies such as Boeing Microsoft, etc., .. Cynthia is full of knowledge, kindness, professionalism, and truly exemplify. Cynthia represents what an office manager should exhibit daily. Cynthia, welcomed me as if I had been in resident for some time. I am looking forward to outstanding lifestyle and learning more about Tucson, Arizona thanks to Centerpoint apartments have wonderful people such as Cynthia. Thank you all in advance. I look forward to being part of the family at center point.. Antonio Johnson
