  Dealing with Anthony DeLorenzo and Debbie Tolton was okay, but not the greatest. I had to ask for the security deposit back, but they actually returned it. That's rare. They never maintained anything. When we asked them to they ignored us nine times out of ten. The day we all moved out, everything we'd been requesting for months was fixed that morning. Criminal. If we asked over and over, eventually something MIGHT get "fixed", but the maintenance guy was an absolute moron. Every time he touched any water he reversed the hot and cold. Nailed the screen in my door instead of properly installing a new screen. The list goes on. And again, good luck getting them to send him out anyway. EDIT: I originally gave 1 star but they returned my deposit.

  I recently had the opportunity to work with Ian Stuart and Jeff Casper to lease a commercial space for my new business and it was a great experience. Ian, my representative/agent, was absolutely wonderful. A friend recommended him to me and from the moment I initially called him, his communication with me was impeccable. He VERY quickly found offices that fit the very specific criteria I needed and mapped out an afternoon of visiting each location. We had a location and began negotiating the lease within 10 days of the seeing all the properties! He guided me along the way with things I would not know to consider as pros or cons about each property. He assisted me throughout the negotiation process to make sure I understood every parameter and eventually found me the perfect place, with the perfect lease, and thankfully the perfect landlord. Thriveworks has found a beautiful home and I couldn't be happier. I'm so thankful to have had Ian Stuart on my 'team' as I started this new business...I look forward to working with him again as my business and locations grow!
