  I recently had the opportunity to work with Ian Stuart and Jeff Casper to lease a commercial space for my new business and it was a great experience. Ian, my representative/agent, was absolutely wonderful. A friend recommended him to me and from the moment I initially called him, his communication with me was impeccable. He VERY quickly found offices that fit the very specific criteria I needed and mapped out an afternoon of visiting each location. We had a location and began negotiating the lease within 10 days of the seeing all the properties! He guided me along the way with things I would not know to consider as pros or cons about each property. He assisted me throughout the negotiation process to make sure I understood every parameter and eventually found me the perfect place, with the perfect lease, and thankfully the perfect landlord. Thriveworks has found a beautiful home and I couldn't be happier. I'm so thankful to have had Ian Stuart on my 'team' as I started this new business...I look forward to working with him again as my business and locations grow!
