Honestly, I expected a lot of paperwork and several days for the request to be reviewed. Christina made the process incredibly easy by giving me clear instructions on how to fill out the request form. To my surprise, my request was approved in less than 24 hours! She is professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have had a better experience!
