  Isaiah Ortiz was very helpful when trying to get my new apartment, he showed me around was very nice and also opened the doors for my pregnant wife he’s amazing and the reason we are moving in .

  Loved our recent resident event, got a red bull during the drive thru one. Nice staff, it’s always comfortable going to the office for any concerns or lease questions. I recommend this place all the time. Great resident referral special too.

  If you go on the website, a lot of the reviews are around the tours and around the maintenance staff… The tour can be good, but don’t try to leave this place…. You can go to the leasing office multiple times inquiring about when the renewal will be available and they tell you you have to wait until it comes out before you can make any decisions or let them know anything… That renewal doesn’t come out until day 59. If you do not let them know that you don’t want to stay here at day 60, which how would you know because you have no idea how much it’s gonna cost you… They send you voice messages letting you know that you’re gonna be responsible for a whole extra month after your lease because of when you called them, wondering what’s going on with the move out process and how that works. The property overall is “fine”. The two years I’ve been here the laundry room rooms were broken into twice. Also, I’d lived here nearly a year already, when there became a sudden issue with pests and I was calling maintenance every other week to have pest control come out. The gates haven’t been closed in months, and a part of the allure of this property is the fact that it’s a gated community. I just know that I have it in an email that I shouldn’t be responsible based off the dates here and it was acknowledged that I went to the leasing office multiple times and not one time did anybody told me that I would have to write an email stating that I was leaving,.. it was implied that I’d have the option to decide whether I was renewing or not in the paperwork if I waited. Anyway, neighbors can be loud, the parking can be ridiculous. People don’t go around this one corner without nearly taking you out or they drive out via like the entrance like the gate it already open right there. I moved here because of proximity and pricing after a DV situation but unless you need to be here go somewhere else.

  If I can rate 0 stars I would. Do not move to this place. I was only there for a few months and they are so bad at answering calls or emails.. they are never in the office and the manager isn’t really qualified she never knows anything you ask her and she takes DAYS to respond or sometime she doesn’t even respond at all. The place is full of little flies that come from the drain. They are also full of cockroaches which is so disgusting.. you will be paying a lot of money for pest control but you will have all these bugs in your place. They broke into my car and they didn’t even care. There are all kinds of people living there so you never know what kind of neighbors you will get. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all also you guys should get better management. They never responded to my email with my remaining balance after they took away access to the tenant portal and after multiple times of me trying to contact them ( they never responded to my calls or emails) they billed the 3rd party insurance agency for $790 lol. This place is a joke and they only care about money have in mind that the balance owed was $249.

  I had a great experience with Isaiah he showed my husband and I around the apartment complex. I really did appreciate his time as you know finding a new place can be stressful. He put us at ease and answered all of our questions. Thank you Isaiah!
