  I work with HOA managers all the time, and John Cousins really stood out to me. I was honestly taken back by how kind and helpful he was throughout the process. We were dealing with a situation where my client was at fault, and instead of making it difficult, John handled everything with patience and professionalism. He went out of his way to help us get it resolved, which is not something you always see. He was responsive, easy to work with, and just genuinely cared about helping us find a solution. It made a stressful situation a lot smoother.
