  I have lived at Sundancer for many years. I have seen managers come and go and Cruz is by far the best manager we've had! She is fair, but firm and keeps Sundancer apartments safe and beautiful. If you desire a quiet, clean and safe place to live, look no further!

  My wife and I have loved living in the complex for what will be a year later this month. The complex is clean and quiet (aside from when kids are being kids and playing outside). The on residence maintenance gentleman cleans daily while the gardeners visit weekly. The amenities are enjoyable in reference to the gym, pool and jacuzzi. Cruz in the front office is always responsive to any needs and are completed quickly. We have plenty of space for our belongings across the kitchen cabinets, laundry shelves and closets. Would recommend anyone to reside in the complex.

  We absolutely love living here! The community is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are awesome. Cruz in Management and maintenance are friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents. It feels welcoming and comfortable — highly recommend!

  One of the worst experiences in my entire life, do not rent their run as fast as you can… There are homeless people washing themselves in the Jacuzzi…. I had a refrigerator breakdown and they brought me another one that did not work all of my food spoiled… The worst experience of my entire entire life

  Pool was awesome
